First visit today. We had to try after hearing great things from friends who came two weeks ago. We were seated promptly and drink order came quick. We ordered the Pirates feast and Crawfish boil. AMAZING! We just couldn't believe this hidden gem was right here in London. Thank you for a great first experience and we will definitely be back!! A must try!

They only give one piece of corn and potato, I had the shrimp boil and something tasted very off about it. When I informed our server who was also the supervisor she told me it was my fault because I didn’t eat it right. She said I needed to dip them in the sauce which is what I was doing. Shrimp was bad either way. Not to mention I only ate 3 shrimp and wasn’t given any sort of discount. Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be coming back.

Lobster poutine is a good choice and lobster bisque as well. The flavor is very similar in all the plates. The service is not the best, but not as bad, it needs to be improved. They started cleaning before closing, moving chairs and tables while we were dining. Very annoying the noise. In general, it is a good place.

Honestly wildly expensive for what it was and it genuinely was not well prepared, definitely weighed the empty crab shell for edible meat when it came time for the bill. I have never complained at a restaurant, but I legit did not want to tip as I was already spending 75 dollars on a bag of broccoli, scrap crab legs and steamed rice. Mind-blowing that they have return customers if that was the average experience.

The shrimp were large but had no taste at all. The special for the day was crab legs and they were really skimpy. The potatoe was awful. Service was

I have been to the locations across GTA, Vancouver and Winnipeg and unfortunately, this is the most underwhelming franchise so far. I placed an order via Uber Eats a hour ago and it tasted nothing like captain’s boil recipe. We ordered the sailor feast and 1mix&match with the captain boil medium spicy sauce. The consistency of the sauce immediately stood out. It was very thin! Almost like broth. It was also not spicy for the usual medium level that I always order. The shrimp was also overcooked and other seafood items stayed pretty bland because the sauce could not compensate for it.I also noticed the fried rice tasted like some ?masala spice was put in it. Love me some masala but it is ruined the taste of the famous captain boils fried riceVery unimpressed. Would not recommend.

I honestly was so excited about this place. We went there for my sisters birthday and well we were disappointed. I felt like I got no food for - $100 meal!! Ridiculous!! I had no rice, barely any crab. Not worth it. We picked up pizza on our way back home.

Was so excited to dine at another Captains boil, but as soon as we entered the whole place smelled bad not sure why, the food was good but sauce was very less quantity compared to the other Captain boils .Kid-friendliness: High chairs available for kids

Great place for amazing seafood. Try to come on days when the older owner/manager is in though, as he actually cares for all customers and is a lovely and attentive gentleman.Went a second time when only the younger staff were in and we were ignored for half an hour before they finally came to take our order. Since we'd been waiting we ordered apps dinner and drinks at the same time. We proceeded to wait another 20-30mins, watching the staff clear tables, instead of even getting us our drinks. We tried to get their attention but it seemed like they were purposefully avoiding us and kept cleaning tables. Those tables did not get filled for the rest of the time we were there so not sure why they were such a high priority for them that they could ignore the customers they already had. When the food was ready it all came at once, apps and mains, and then FINALLY we got our drinks after the food came.Food was still god but the staff just did not care about the customers they had in front of them.

Worst experience ever i ate there several times but my last time it destroyed me i got a bad food poisoning. First time in my life got this after 23 years of eating fresh seafood. My doctor said the food wasn’t fresh or was expiry that’s why i experienced it. Shame on your staffs if this is true.i have photos and videos of my body and food on that day. Thank you

This was the second time we went to the Captain’s Boil and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered one pound of headless shrimp and one of mussels, with four sides, with three drinks, it came to around $75 including the tip. The shrimp were fresh and juicy and the mussels were just right in done-ness. The sauce too was not too spicy. Would love to go again.
