Wanted to support a local upstart business. We got 3 cookies ($18). 2 were good, one seemed very stale for some reason. If paying $6 for a cookie, I would hope to not have to throw half of it out for being old. We had high hopes. Probably will not return. Also, we chose not to tip, because we had to wait for anyone to show up behind the counter, and she wasn’t very friendly when she eventually came out. You have to tell them that you don’t want to tip so that they can go into the system and redo the order.

I would highly recommend this little gem of a company for a special gift or occasion. I recently ordered from them for a birthday. The cookies were delicious and massive! The customer service was top notch. I discovered I had made an error with my order and the management helped me find a solution to my issue very quickly. Will order again from them.

March 9 2024 3:00pm. Went to this place as I have seen it on my instagram page.The girl working had no idea what she was talking about when we were asking about the cookies and the iced latte. For example (what’s in the latte? She replied “Coffee and milk?”) like it was a question. there was definitely other things in it like Carmel and crumbles of some sort that I could tell. She also had not come out to sever us for a good 5 minutes. The place is very cute and welcoming. The cookie was delicious but I feel it would have been better warmed up.

My friend had ordered a pick up order of $30 worth of cookies.On our way to pick up we were struck by a hit and run driver. I called the next morning to explain what happened and we had police report, left her phone number as well as mine, asking if she could come pick up her cookies still.They had JUST opened from the night before and we were a later evening pickup just before 8pm.They did NOT call myself or her back.Took the $30 worth of cookies she paid for. I offered proof with police report as she didn’t want to drive all the way over there again after a traumatic night if this was to be the outcome.Cookies are delicious yes! But pricey and sad they wouldn’t let my friend pick up her order due to the car accident. They would have been old from the night before anyways you would think. Pretty disappointed they did not reach out that she could come grab them still or offer a refund, maybe a little discount if she reordered. I know they are a small business but our business is what keeps them in business! Sad experience.

I had seen them on tik tok and needed to try them not realizing they were in London.It was such a pretty space and the customer service was very kind. Once I warmed the cookie and tried it…wow it was so good. My whole family loved them! Very delicious!
I walked in and waited for a couple of minutes, but there was no one there to help, even though the store was open. Someone else walked in after me and left because there was no one there. I drove all the way from the other half of the city and didn't receive any help.

Sadly the price is the only thing that stands out here. Are we seriously living in a world where a single cookie costs as much as a hamburger? Way too sweet and kind of ridiculous. Why not focus on a quality baking and cookies instead of trying to junk them up with so many toppings and fillings ? Don’t be fooled by social media. You don’t need these in your life.
