If you are looking for great new place to satisfy your peckishness (hunger) The Coop Supply Co. is it! Formerly known as The Coop Rotisserie, the new dine-in restaurant (same location) has a fun, cool vibe and the food is the same high quality we've come to expect from the takeaway window. Desserts are always worth the trip and special order cakes/cheesecakes and French pastries are still available for pickup/delivery. The attention to detail in the fit-out and decor is obvious even down to the "cheeky" posters in the washrooms. Staff are friendly and the service is impeccable (or should that be impeckable- sorry can't resist the "chicken" references!) They have a patio too, so those who prefer dining outdoors can.

Worst chicken ever. Always wanted to try this place for several years now.. So I went in at 7 pm tonight and ordered their 4 pc chicken with a side of fries and gravy. Opened the box to find a huge mess of grease. The chicken breading was burnt yet saturated in grease. So I put the chicken on a napkin to soak out the grease and set it a side. So I tried the fries which were all stuck together and lukewarm. The gravy was cold and lumpy. I then took a piece of chicken which was sill dripping in grease and bit into the skin. It; tasted like fish. So I pulled back the skin and took a bite of meat. It was even worst. "Blahh" It was rancid. I spit it out as soon as it hit my pallet. All I could taste was rot. It tasted dead, like 3 week old road kill. So I brought it all back immediately and told the manager to smell it and he agreed with me about the fish smell and rotting smell. At least I got my money back. The guy said come back and try our rotisserie next time. I said nope the Coop and go fly the coop . Never again. I hope I don't get food poisoning.

Saw the post on Facebook, pictures looked great, but the food not so much, the fish batter was extremely greasy, the poutine very odd flavour, the cold slaw was off terrible after taste. Couldn’t finish any of that. The shrimp, they were ok, the chicken was good but the others ruined it. Can’t recommend it.

Do not eat here !I waited in the drive thru for half hour for a two piece chicken with potato salad. Staff is horrible . Food disgusting.

UPDATE!!! NICOLE FROM THE COOP ROTISSERIE HAS BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ME AND HAS OFFERED ME A STORE CREDIT AFTER ACCUSING ME OF LYING. I HAVE TURNED THAT DOWN AS MY FAMILY WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN.THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!!!I ORDERED 71.00 WORTH OF FOOD WITH SKIP THE DISHES. I STILL HAVE ALL 71.00 WORTH OF FOOD EVERYTHING LOOKS AND SMELLS BAD! VERY BAD!!!!!!!!I CONTACTED SKIP AND THE REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN A 20.00 SKIP CREDIT!UNBELIEVABLE!!!!ILL BE CALLING THE COMPANY BACK WHEN IT OPENS!

Ordered a 8pc Nashville Fried Chicken Feast ($36) which included a cold side, hot side and fries for pickup. The restaurant has a drivethru and you use that for pickup orders. There was an INSANE amount of food! We opted for the coleslaw and Mac n cheese. For me, the chicken was the highlight. Nice shaggy crust, flavorful meat that was moist. (The menu states all dark meat, but you can get white meat for a nominal up charge). The coleslaw had a good crunch. My mom loved it, but I thought it could have used more dressing/seasoning. The family fries was a mountain of potato. And Mac n cheese probably the least favorite-- thought it was a bit grainy. Overall though I'd go back and opt for different sides. (There are lots to choose from!) I'd also love to try their rotisserie chicken option. This would easily have fed 4 people making it less than $10 per person. Excellent value for money.

Leaving my review while eating!! So GOOD! All the sides are exceptional. If you’re wondering how much to order you’ll only need one piece of chicken per person LOL. We order the 8 piece (for two) and we have 6.5 pieces left . Service was great.

Absolutely delicious. Had to wait a little while at pickup, but it was obvious that it was because they were very busy, rather than because of any service shortcomings. Regardless, it was well worth the wait. The fried chicken was juicy and the coating, while perhaps a touch short on seasoning, was perfectly crispy. The staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered from Coop on Victoria Day (yesterday). I double checked the website and saw no indication that they were closed and their website accepted my order and charged my credit card. I showed up 30 minutes later and no one was there - they were closed. A minor inconvenience but not a big deal at all. I planned to follow up and simply ask for my money back the next day (today) but before I even had a chance to reach out, Nicole and her team reached out to me letting me know they already refunded my credit card and sent me a gift certificate on top of that. It was a small error that turned into an amazing customer service experience. Thank you Coop, I would not hesitate to recommend you guys to everyone!
My friends and I ordered the Mother's Day meal deal and the long weekend meal deal.We hadn't tried The Coop before and I'm so happy we did. Everything was absolutely delicious! We found this place and then returned weekly for four consecutive weeks each week alternating between rotisserie and fried chicken trying to figure out which was better. Answer: It's a tie.Great service. Great food. Supporting local provides a great feeling.We've already told all our friends.

Their food is amazing - but they could really, really do some work on their service.Ordered food from them, and had to wait an hour. Which was fine. But then they extended it another 30 minutes, which was kind of annoying. But what was more annoying, was that after the fully 1.30, they cancelled our order?Was told to just re do the order, and so we did.Ordered 2 full meals, and only got one of them. And that was after waiting for over 3 hours in total. Thanks. Not like we were hungry or anything....But, like we said, their food is amazing. May just wanna go and order in person, and double check that you actually get what you order, and that you actually get it.

stopped here on during a little road trip and it was honestly the best take-out I’ve had in so long. The loaded fries were absolutely delicious and everything was 100% worth the price, will definitely be coming back again!
