Food is decent enough, but don’t bother calling ahead to order food. Twice now we’ve called and placed an order for pickup, only for them to look at me like I had five heads when I came to pick it up and then just start making the food after I arrived. Major waste of time.

I used to order from this place dozens and dozens of times from either their site, uber eats or skipthedishes. I only ever gotten the pasta and its my favourite place to get pasta from BUT. With new management and such the quality has sank so much. It seems like they don't care and just chuck everything into a tinfoil bowl and cook it. The noodles are dry since there is barely any sauce at all. The alfredo sauce itself tastes so differently now and tastes almost like its store brought. I will still order my pasta here but will always miss how much better it used to taste

I just visited this pizza shop for the first time and was blown away! The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, the sauce was tangy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. I've had a lot of pizza in my life, but this was some of the best I've ever had. The staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to come back and order again!

We ordered a little bit of everything tonight for dinner. We place an order for 3 Bacon Mac snd cheese. 2 of the order the cheese sauce was bad. The garlic bread, pizza and Italian sandwich was good.
I have ordered about 20 times since the new management took over and every time has been disappointing. Severely Undercooked when asked to be well done, boneless bites cold in the center, no condiments, and always out of stock of everything except pizza and wings.This time she took my order over the phone, didn’t check if she had items in stock, when I arrived I was not greeted, she charged me for wings and wedges separately instead of the combo and had me pay for wedges before telling me she is out of stock and replaced them with fries,.. which are cheaper and again no ketchup.No cutlery or napkins ever. Awful customer service.Very disappointing since I used to order delivery to my office 2-3x a week with the old owners. I like to give new owners many tries before leaving a review, enough is enough here, Will have to find a new spot.

We ordered 14 various pizzas for a work function. Everyone loved the pizza, coming up and asking where it was from. So good, very generous with toppings, loved the crust and sauce. Will defnitely return. I removed one star as it was 1/2 hour later than what I asked for, but that's a delivery issue. Did not reflect on the pizza at all. So good.

I live close to the Italian House and it's my usual spot for pizza. Their service is reliable and the food is always great. I've been going there for years and they've never messed up my order.

Revised: made to order seems to be the move. Our office ordered several pizzas and the quality was much better. For take out: Poor selection of slices, sometimes nothing. Pizza quality for takeout has been getting worse over the last year or so.
