Place has gotten better each time we go. Even with a large birthday party going on, we never had to wait for top quality food or excellent service. The attention paid to us and the presentation of the food made this dinner out a memorable one. The Springs is our new favourite top tier restaurant in London. Try the lamb shank or the duck.

Good but not great meal. I would say slightly overpriced. Attentive staff.

We had our intimate wedding reception at The Springs yesterday, and it was an excellent experience all around. The food got rave reviews from all of our guests, and the waitresses we had were amazing and so attentive. Drinks were kept full, and food came out promptly. Dean made sure to check on our party multiple times throughout the night as well, and was an excellent host.If planning a small wedding The Springs is an excellent choice. Their event set menu prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of food you are receiving. As an added bonus, he does not charge a venue fee. This was a seamless experience, and an amazing night to remember. Thank you The Springs team!

Ordered the surf and turf lobster and steak dish - waited 1 hour for our dishes to come out and found that they didn’t have any lobster. we had to ask the waiter if our lobster dish was supposed to be lobsterless, after which he took our dishes and returned 20 minutes later with lobster. However, the lobster was ice cold and hard to the touch, after which our waiter took our dishes again and returned another 20 minutes later stating they had been warmedGiven the price and difficulty making a reservation, this was an extremely disappointing experience

Work dinner get together. Wonderful atmosphere, servers, amazing food/dessert and drinks! Very accommodating for any needs. We had someone in a wheelchair, someone who had food allergies and a vegan. All was great! only thing a few did not agree with was the 20% automatic tip added to the bill. Felt this should be a personal choice.

This is true 5 star dining. I only wish this place was in my city or my wife and I would be weekly patrons. The mushroom risotto is world class. And the beef tenderloin was about as farmer to table as you can imagine having arrived only hours prior to ordering. The owners passion for quality food comes through in just a few minutes or conversation and the chef has the skills to execute it. Enjoy this absolute gem you have London. Couldn’t have been more impressed. Service was great too.

Made a reservation for Valentines day with a 5 course meal (one course being a bun) at $129 a person. When we arrived we were sat rather quickly, after 20 minutes we had ordered all our courses and had drinks. At 30 minutes we had a bun each. At 45 minutes we had a salad and soup. At and hour and a half our small tea light on the table burnt out with no food in sight.People who came after us were getting their food before us, by the looks of it the exact same meal. We spoke to who we can assume is the manager who apologized and said he would get it right away.20 minutes go by, we have now been here for two hours, and no food is in sight. We left.I can only assume that the owners/managers got a bit excited about making so many bookings and let their staff pay the price. With tables sitting back to back, overhearing they were understaffed, and a manager who only walked around clearing the occasional table, it was a recipe for disaster.

Made Valentine's Day reservations, after 40 mins we were serverd our starters, after another 20mins I spoke with the manager and then another 30mins went by and nothing. 1.5h of waiting and we had soup and salad. $129 per person 5 course menu. Disappointed with a place that is supposed to be raised so highly.
