We took our father there (who suffers from dimentia ) for dinner this evening, (and that in itself is a challenge). The food was okay at best. The (twin (lol) fake sister bartender/slash waitresses, were rude and very impatient, with us. One one order I asked for something extra, did not get it, asked about it at the end of the meal, she laughed ans said "omg I forgot, do you still want it, at first I said no, but then said yes ( as I could not complete meal and was leaving with it). We were charged for that.. we also got charged for an extra teabag for my dad and the server was clearly irritated as our dad wanted more hot water for his tea.My advice.. don't go there for a family meal.The servers are likely only good for serving middle aged beer in a payday..

What a great place for a birthday party we all had a great time had fabulous food. The service was very friendly and quick. Would recommend this place to anyone stopping by London is a fantastic place to be.

We were greeted when entering and seated with no waiting. Drinks and appetizers were on time with no waiting. Our meals were delivered quickly and hot. The waitress was very friendly and asked a few times about our meal. This is my husband's favorite restaurant in London. The atmosphere is great, especially during different occasions (they do an amazing job decorating and making the place look festive!) The service is awesome and the food is soooo good - they have a huge variety of food fare, and their specials are appreciated especially these days when everything is just so expensive! We are so happy we found this place!
We had a horrible waitress Meg. Not at her best so imma guess she was just having a bad day.

Ordered two pounds of wings to take home after our meal and when we opened there were only 9 winglets (no drums) and we weighed on the scale to find one pound was 8 oz and one was 10 oz. We paid 30 for the wings and our total bill was 190. Called the restaurant to tell them and the manager told us the wings are weighed raw and lose water when they are cooked. However we weighed them in the sauce in the package. The manager assured me that’s how they do it. We were disappointed in his explanation and how that was handled that we won’t be back.

I was here last night for a Super Bowl party. The food is great. Great atmosphere, and the service was excellent. I will definitely return here again. Everyone that was here, not only myself had a lot of fun.
