(as it was half filled) and she just looks at me with confusion as if they can’t fix it.

Did a mobile order for a take 12 from the 91 Southdale location. Yes, I know this isn’t the same location. The order came without cups. It’s ok, mistakes happen. This location 771 Southdale is the closest location to me so I decided to go into there to get the cups. The worker was about to give me them then turned around and all 4 workers gathered in the office and had a discussion about it then the manager came out and checked the system to see when the order was placed then charged me .20 per cup. All this over a dozen small paper cups???? It’s not about the money, it’s about common courtesy. I’m a former Tim hortons employee of a Jeff Mahoney location as this location is owned by him and I know the rules. I do know the price of each paper cup is 20 cents. That’s not the issue. Another location made a mistake, (which also is owned by the same guy) so this location is supposed to do the favour as they do with everything else (again, formerly worked here.. I know the rules). I’m a repeat daily customer & so is my family. My father and I attend this location every single morning for 6:30AM coffee. The morning staff is incredible. Beyond incredible. Grace? I think her name is. Black hair been working here for years really makes this store a remarkable place. She and the rest of the morning staff make you feel at home as they should. When the tree fell over in the drive through a couple weeks back, my father didn’t hesitate to pull it out of the way so business could continue & the staff was so appreciative of it. To whoever is the store manager of this place, action needs to be taken in terms of your afternoon & evening staff. The mornings here are beyond phenomenal, but after morning staff leaves, this place begins to crumble.Sincerely a repeat daily customer who’s lived in the neighbourhood my entire life

I came in at 6:20pm and paid $9 for a bacon chicken ranch wrap, it was served with no bacon and a side of food poisoning. This was not in the evening or near their closing time, there’s no excuse for the chicken to be old, overcooked, and dried out. I wouldn’t have wanted to see what the bacon looked like if this is their chicken. I will not waste my time or money ordering food that can’t be trusted and missing ingredients.

Staff here is terrible and slow the drive thru is constantly backed up even when it’s a small amount of customersDon’t coke here unless you have 30 minutes to wait for a coffee that should take all of 2 minutes

I gave them 5 star before, until today. I dropped it to 2 star. Service 1 star.. I went to this Tims at around 5.15 pm on 17April 2024 only 2 people at drive through and 2 seats were occupied.. Not at all crowded.. I went in and im pretty sure many staffs in there saw me , but didnt care to take order... I waited for almost 4 mints when the staff were talking each other, laughing and all.. 2 more people came behind me after that nd then only somebody came to the front desk. So annoying and unfriendly staff... It was not like this before...
