This is my go-to tim Hortons of more than 6 years but I can't enjoy the experience of getting an ice coffee anymore because one of the ladies that work here is a massive Grinch.

Very long Wait and not a lot of donut selection today. :-) we’ll try again another time, and hopefully will improve the rating.

There was a bunch of salt or something salty and very gritty at the bottom of my drink. looked like someone threw sand into the bottom and poured the drink on top.

I am normally patient with this kind of stuff and rarely write a Google review but the staff at this site are just disorganized.I've been coming to this Tim Hortons for the past 2 years but the last 5 months have been brutal. I've visited at least 10 times since January and nearly every time there is an issue with my order. For instance, they've forgotten to make my coffee a few times, I've had the completely wrong sandwich made, and on two occasions I've asked them to remove the sausage on my sandwich only to find that it was made with it. They've even forgotten to charge me for my breakfast at the drive through... I shouldn't have to remind the staff that I still need to pay. Others might love a free breakfast, just go through the drive through.Ordering through the app is also inconsistent. When you select the "order now" button, it takes the site nearly as long as me coming inside, standing in line, placing the order and collecting it. Not sure if they're getting the order late or simply understaffed. The only reason I still come here is because it's the closest location to my home. I'm close to just driving the extra 3km to the next location each morning if it means better service and an accurate order.

Took them a long time to figure out how to make the featured drink, forgot the breakfast sausage in the sandwich, coffee was scalding hot.

The whole thing is set for making a quick buck and nothing else mathers of course the staff are very helpful and polite but tim hortons itself is allways like a battleship on fire there is a non stop of wistles and beeps of the equipment it is truly intollerableParking: Just normal size for a tiny coffee shop and adequitKid-friendliness: The staff are very kind to kids no doubtWheelchair accessibility: Somewhat accessable with a tiny bit of difficulty I imagine

After waiting 10 minutes for the wrap that I had already paid for. The server told me they were out of the sauce and could not make it for me. I will never be coming here again.

Wheelchair accessibility: Odd placement for wheelchair doors. The door closest to the sidewalk does not open automatically so a person in a wheelchair would have to backtrack to the sidewalk then follow the parking lot to the other side door to get to the one that opens automatically... Very inconvenient for those in a wheelchair who aren't familiar with the location.

This location is ridiculous. Sends rotten food , cannot get a food order right to save their lives . They forgot my 50 pack of timbits , sent me the wrong bagels and put egg on my sandwich when I requested no egg. They do not read delivery comments or care about requests. They did not send straws for ice caps , no napkins or cutlery when it was requested . Hot drinks arrived cold and I know it was not due to the delivery driver being late as this time hortons is less than 5 min from my house and the order showed up only 20 minutes after I ordered.

Slowest storefront 90% of the time. Only 2 employees know how to work. Almost always only One person on counter doing front AND mobile orders. So it's not any faster to order mobile. Second day employees left alone to work as well because they can't afford to train properly and only care for the drive thru time and bonuses.Don't go inside unless you are fine waiting 15 to 30 minutes even with no line in front of you. Can't wait for the McDonalds to open so this location loses money and its business.

Hey Timmy's is what it is right, but this one had very slow service and I was not happy have to repeat myself 5 times to order my coffee, the poor girl was having a hard time understanding English and judging by her talking to me English is not her first language at all but other then that it was all good I guess.....

Was not happy. Granddaughter ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap. Paid extra for the bacon and there wasn't any in the wrap. We were traveling so we couldn't go back.

Bagels I ordered to be toasted were barely even toasted seems they were rushed. Please please please stop sacrificing food quality to be fast. Or please see if your workers know how toasted it should be this was mediocre. (This was a bagel toasted with extra butter, that looks dry and not

Pretty good location. Not so many vagrants harassing the workers or patrons. Clean spot, friendly staff and they are quick.
