Employees are very argumentative. Turned my wife away after we used the mobile app to order. I had to show them my e mail receipt after going back home. I'm never going back to this tim hortons. I have tried talking to the manager. I will not let people talk to my wife this way. I used to come 7 days a week for about $75 a week. Not anymore thank you timmies. Hope the one in Aylmer is better couldn't be worse

Wanted a coffee and relaxed while trying to get a ride home from my project home support worker,A couple of guys a different times got a bit loud and using profanity.Great tasting coffee( probably the freshest I've had at Tim's).

This is a good Tims. I’ve never had grinds in my coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful and handle the frequent long line well. Customers are not always the most kind but the staff is resilient and I think this is from good management.

I was supposed to get a free coffee with my Tim’s card but the cashier charged me for the person behind me. The cashier explained to me there is nothing they can do, not even give me a refund because they don’t have a manager there after 3pm. I was told to come back the next day between 7-3 to talk to a manager. I got them to give me a receipt and left. I called the next day and the manager never heard of the problem, but did refund me my money. Never going there again.

I comme to this timmies all the time since it is right next to my house and school, and usually the service is good like good enough but today it was incredible. It is my first day back to school so I came to Timmies for lunch and a worker I’ve never seen before helped us and she was awesome, super friendly, confident and brought our drinks and food out super quick, didn’t quite get her name but I’m pretty sure her name tag said Kaylie or kylie! Super great service, can’t wait to see her next time!

Have had way to many issues with drive thru orders being totally wrong . One staff person mentioned they were having problems with headsets.... time for managers to order new ones!

Service here is always horrable, 6-8 people working behind the counter and you still wait 15-20 minutes at a time to place an order inside. Very lazy staff and managers are extreamly rude.

Always busy, close to the 401. I'd love it if it was faster, but I don't think that's an option. Layout inside leaves you lined up beside the bathroom or at the door holding it while you wait. Remodel this location properly for efficiency and you're sitting on a gold mine! Always great coffee!Parking: Watch out for the curb on the right by the stop sign after you leave drive thru.Wheelchair accessibility: All good.
