I don't like to review chain restaurants or even give bad reviews but this one warrants one. I visited this location today and the drive thru line was a bit big so I thought I would just park and go inside to speed things up a bit. When I went inside I ordered from the new kiosk even though there was just one person ahead of me (might as well try it out). I got a coffee, a tea and a hot chocolate. I then waited for 30 min for them to get my drinks!!! They were serving the drive thru but seemed to not be serving the inside even though they had 6+ people working. Things really started backing up and people started to get rather angry as they kept making orders wrong. There was a lady there who waited for as long as me just to have her sandwich made wrong twice. My order was wrong, a friend of mine (whom I ran into cuz I was there so long) also had their order wrong, and it seemed like everyone else in line as well. Easily the worst "fast" food experience I've had. If you frequent this location then stick to the drive thru as they seem to purely focus on that. Half hour for a few drinks is absurd. Especially given they had tons of staff. They also didn't apologize to anyone which seemed shocking.

They are usually really slow, especially in the evenings. If you go inside to order, expect to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes for your order. All their products have gone up in price and most is not worth the time.

It's just another Tim's same book different coverVegetarian options: At this point most places should and they label everything and don't be feared into thinking asking is annoying, it's not don't worry.Dietary restrictions: Again they lable everything and they don't mind questions please don't be afraid.Kid-friendliness: Keep an eye on them and yeah you'll be free to talk about with friends and family.Wheelchair accessibility: Every Tim's is wheelchair accessible just for anyone wondering.

I usually gi to Tim, different branches. Yesterday I visit the one in springbank near Giant Tiger. I had one American and one French vanilla and a Chicken Salad bowl. They didnot have BBQ sauce which is not a Great dear because it was in the Middle of the day. But I asked the lady to put another sauce which is not Spice. And I was wondering When I opened it at home, it was too Spice! And I mean it. Perhaps she was too busy at the time and did not hear me well. Anyway, I had to eat something else. Ha ha.

Extremely rude staff! We asked if the cookies had allergen she said go check the website and she said it again at the counter saying they don't know about the ingredients! My family has serious allergy and she was ok endangering

They never have anything people ask for. No cinnamon raison bagels, no smokey bacon, just attitude. How the hell do you not have bagels at 4 pm?!

This Tim's is mainly full of older folks which lightens the atmosphere. No problem with that.I've found this Tim's to have a weird vibe to it.This October, every time I went through the drive threw they stated they did not have pumpkin spice latte there or any pumpkin spice product even though it was boldly and visibly seeable on the screen. One time, I walked in and an older gentleman was frazzled as he thought he had seen a commercial of pumpkin spice but they said they had none, I actually think he may have been confused with another brand though.I am not judging I am just stating my experience and I think the Tim Hortons brand should know that they did not have enough pumpkin spice in stock because Tim's you shouldn't advertise something if you don't have it available.Have a wonderful day Tim Hortons. You aren't the same anymore and I've been buying a lot more Starbucks. Plus, your Lattes and coffee makes my heart feel like it's beating out of my CHEST!

Horrible experience everytime I’ve been in the store, staff is unfriendly and rude. They can’t time manage as I’ve waited well over 15- 20 minutes for an order that was made wrong and when asked to correct it, he said he could not re-do it as they were too busy, everything I’ve gotten from there is made wrong every time. AVOID THIS STORE LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
