This Tim Hortons has terrible counter service. They will have a line up a mile long at the counter of workers from across the street, every single day. They will still serve the drive through 5 to 1. They blatantly ignore customers at the counter for 10-15 mins (not exaggerated), who are obviously trying to get a coffee on break. I just walked out of there for the 3rd for this to go to Horton street location. The drive through is far too narrow for a truck to get through, so it’s not an option for me.This location is brutal.

They consistently mess or miss orders. I’m also concerned about the cleanliness of this establishment. What a waste of space and money! Close the damn location! What an insult to Tim Hortons.

Parking: The location is perfect for those travelling by bus. This Timi is just right accross London Bus Station. You can grab a quick meal or coffee while waiting for your bus. This is a Take-Away or Drive-through only, no dining. Service is quick and friendly.

Went through drive thru and the female was talking to her Co worker while asking for our order, we clarified four times and she finally heard the order and repeated back to us what we asked for. Pulled up to the window and got half the order while she laughed with her Co worker. we asked for the rest of the order and were told they didn't charge and instead of adding to the order she shut the window on us and started laughing with her co worker.

There is a very limited range of coffee and food here. The service is hit and miss, on a couple of occasions I have received good service from really friendly staff, but it is more usual to have very rude and dismissive service. The lowest point was the staff being rude about my accent (I am from the UK) making me nervous before they openly mocked my anxiety and did not seem to care that they could be heard. This was the last time I would ever use this establishment. It was disgraceful.

Hands down THE worst staff I’ve ever experienced at a Tim Hortons. The staff making my food was wearing no hair net, no gloves, and touching my food with their bare hands after handing many items before it. The service was incredibly slow and all around the worst experience I’ve ever had. Bad enough to make me write a review.

I saw the reviews for this tim horton location, are terrible. Well I will give you mine. I was driving there for 8 minutes spending my gas to make a great delivery service for client, went I get there they not able to give me the order because they require thermal bag, any tim horton in london provide for delivering paper sealed bag, only this location doesn't. Delivery drivers do not spend money and time to buy thermal bag (cost a lot of money)

Continuous issues with product availability, speed of service, accuracy of your order and overall friendliness and cleanliness of the staff.On several occasions I have ordered something at the till only to be told they don’t have it.My final strike was today when I asked if they had a specific drink they said yes, I paid and then was later told they didn’t have the products to make the drink. I was offered a substitute which was then also not made correctly as they didn’t have the products necessary.I asked for a refund and was told no, they’d add something else to the drink… Now I’m stuck with a drink I didn’t necessarily want and it’s not even made properly.

This store is terrible it's 6:50 why are you closed? Every single time I go to this store it's terrible and the location on Dundas is just as bad. I just ran here to grab a coffee and your closed early.
