All tim Hortons have been bad for years, and just keep getting worse...I only go if someone I'm with wants a coffee... and the conversation goes to " I should have gotten a McDonald's coffee instead"

I just came back from a hockey game and was hungry so i decided to go to tim hortons. I asked for a vanilla ice cap WITH NO WHIPPED CREAM. And they put whipped cream. So i told them i didn’t want whipped cream so they said they would make a new one. And instead of making me a new one they mixed it up and gave it back to me. I also order a Ham and Cheddar sandwich with no ranch and no tomato and chipotle sauce. And they put tomatoes and ranch and chipotle sauce. So terrible customer service. They don’t care.

It’s a very busy location, so it makes sense why it is always so messy. But it’s also nice, and the people are kind. Sometimes a couple homeless people are around and ask for money. Overall good location.

I'm so sick of these places hiring people who don't understand English and just hand you whatever food!! If you don't know the difference from a fruit explosion and a god damn bran muffin then WTH are you doing working at a Tim Hortons?!?!You've raised all your prices! Stop being greedy and hire/pay staff that increase customer satisfaction.

I ordered a small French vanilla and when I got it half of it is empty. The staff need to check the drink before handing it out to the customers. Very disappointed.

Bad customer service, they don’t know how to speak English at all!!!
Came here on two separate occasions within a few weeks and both times their grills and toasters were not working during lunch. This is the only Tim Hortons I’ve been to in my LIFE where I’ve seen this happen, and it’s happened twice. Whoever’s running this place is doing a bad job, feel terrible for the workers who have to deal with it

It's been a running joke for nearly a year that I'll give $20 cash to the first employee who understands my order without making me repeat it. Crazy thing is I'm only ordering a coffee with 3 cream two sugar. I guess it's my Canadian accent, the Indians can't understand it. Another garbage establishment that only hires international students. Of course they're all Indian. Don't give your money to places like this. The rich get richer, students get exploited, real Canadians get pushed out of our own economy.

Turkey club now half the size for 3 dollars more? Robbing us and trying to act like it’s normal. Refunded as soon as I saw the size of the sandwich

Very scary getting into the entrance right there near the drive thruParking: The way you have drive thru right outside the entrance exit is ridiculous- accident waiting to happen - do you park and have to walk in front of where the drive thru cars go SMH
