I went through their drive through on multiple occasions and bought the same thing every time. A 4 cheese bagel double toasted with plain cream cheese. Over the last 2 months, it got worse and worse to the point I was getting a cold bagel with barely and cream cheese. I called to complain and when speaking with an employee they said there was nothing wrong with the toaster, as I was polite enough to ask if their toaster wasn't working correctly. He was a little rude to me, so I asked to speak with a manager. She was actually much worse to deal with. She informed me their toaster hasn't been working for a while. She did not offer to replace my bagel or anything, after they screwed it up many, many times. So not only was their toaster not working, they didn't even inform their staff it wasn't working so they could inform the customers to make a choice if they wanted to get something else.During my conversation with the manager, she informed me the store was "under renovations" and the toaster was not included in items to be replaced.I called corporate Tim Hortons to complain, as this is the dumbest thing I have ever encountered, and I was instructed to leave this review. I still was not offered a replacement bagel. Something they charge $4 for and couldn't give a damn about customer service! Worst location ever. I only ever went there to begin with to support local stores as it is very close by my home.I have not been since, and have no intention of ever returning. I would rather go to a different location further away than support a store that doesn't give a **** about their customers. This goes for everything at this location. When I go to East end Tim Hortons, you get a double toasted bagel with a decent amount of cream cheese. Also when you order a double espresso in the East end, you get a full espresso cup of espresso. The same Time Hortins I use to go to in Byron would give you 1/6 of the espresso cup for a double espresso. They love to rip their customers off. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have been to.

Overall quick service and nice place. I like the ample parking and close to Springbank
This is the best Tim's in the city. Friendly staff, fresh coffee, fast drive-thru. Couldn't ask for more!

Just got a hot chocolate with Candy caines and the lady was very rude on the microphone and then again at the window. She also didn't put candy caines on my drink I am very disappointed and think her attitude was uncalled

Called around looking for holiday smile cookies. Was told they had lots so made the trip to Byron. Ordered a half dozen and got home to find out they were just chocolate chip cookies with icing. Should have been told they were out of the holiday cookie recipe. Another reason to stay away from Tim Hortons.

They never get the drink order right. I think 1/15 times I've gone it has been right. It's one drink too so not sure why it can't be right lol.

Why was the food in the displays half eaten and then put back on the display?
