Kid-friendliness: I went this location for the first time. I took time to decide what i want & Varinderpal give the suggestion and i must say they have excellent staff and costumer service . Will go again

Rude server. I always order ice cappuccino with whip cream and it’s always a decent and pretty much full amount of cream as I paid extra fee for a whip cream and this server said when I the mentioned that the whip cream is too little, and if they can a bit more, he said “that’s the amount of whip cream”, TO MENTION, I PAID FOR IT AND YOU GAVE ME A SMALL AMOUNT OF WHIPCREAM AND YOU ARE GIVING AN ATTITUDE IS DEFINITELY SO DISAPPOINTING AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! I have never been treated like this ever, and I would like to escalate this issue. This rating does not even deserve a one star.

TO THE OWNER OR MANAGER WHO IS IN CHARGE OF SHCEDLING. PLS STOP UNDERSTAFFING YOUR EMPLOYEES. I WORK IN THE MALL,I USUALLY GET A MED ICE COFFEE DURING MY BREAK BUT THERE WAS A BIG LINE. THERE WERE ONLY THREE PEOPLE. I WASTED 10 OUT OF MY 15 MIN OF MY BREAK WAITING IN LINE.TO THE SELFISH OWNER, PLEASE DO BETTER AND HAVE MORE PEOPLE WORKING INSTEAD OF TRYING TO BE GREEDY

I have compliant to the owner or manager in charge of staff scheduling. Please have more staff working. Because I went to tims and there was a big line. There were only three employees, one on the cash register, the other making drinks and the last one on food counter. These selfish owners understaffing their poor employees. Please do better and have more people working.

Slowest tim hortons, employees need retrained, food is ridiculously cold even when brought to the staffs attention not even 3 seconds I'm handed back the same food I complained. Highly suggest someone from head office come down and retrain this location and staff.

I ordered a medium dark roast coffee and a donut. There was a cashier named Adam and he was awful. He charged me three times the cost as I used my TIMS card. When I went back he said that’s not possible at his store and argued and I showed him transactions on my card but of no use. I then sent a message to customer service as he told me to contact them. Anyways even they have not done anything. TIMS at this location is worse to go to. Won’t go there when he is at counter.

I work in the mall so I go to this Tim’s ALOT. Sometimes it takes a little longer than usual, or sometimes my order is a little wrong, but we’re all humans and I totally understand when it happens. The staff here are always friendly and willing to help me out when I need it. Whenever I’ve had an issue with my order, they’ve always done what they could to make it right. I’m very thankful to have a reliable coffee shop near me who always brightens my day. To the staff at Tim Hortons Masonville, you guys are the best!! Don’t let anyone bring you down today.

Staff was super rude to me today after they got my drink wrong. I was very nice about it, and they were incredibly irritated about having to remake it, sighing, rolling eyes, etc. I'm sorry but if I'm paying $5+ for an iced latte I want the latte, not an iced coffee. ?

There are a few staff members that are kind and always friendly to me when I'm in there. And I love them for it!But today was different...The young fellow at the front counter, I asked him for an Iced Capp with extra creamers on the side. Usually I ask for an Iced Capp made with triple cream but they never get that right, so I asked for creamers on the side. He cut me off and said; "The machine is programmed to put a certain amount in, I can show you if you don't believe me!" I wasn't argumentative in any way, and I asked for a handful of extra creamers...not to be educated on how much the machine spits out.When he showed me how much went into the cup, I told him sternly; "If you heard me I asked for extra CREAMERS on the side." And just then, another male employee came up and in a condescending tone said; "Hey hey now you're usually not this confrontational, what's wrong?" I took a deep breath and sighed and said, "I'm hardly being confrontational at all, I just wanted my extra creamers." I used a stern voice. The male employee then said; "Oh, sorry, he just doesn't hear well so you have to speak up."They made the Iced Capp with extra cream, which was fine, but I still didn't get my extra creamers.They usually bunk up my orders, I can cope with that, but the display I got to witness today was NOT needed, especially over something so simple.

I work in the mall and visit this Tim’s location daily. All the staff are always kind, fast and friendly but Anusha and Amul were so helpful, they went above and beyond to give me great service today!
