I went on a Sunday evening to discuss some business with a potential client. There was no cold drinks available (I'm not a coffee drinker). The lobby was a filthy mess and the garbages were overflowing. It seemed like it had been hours since anything was cleaned. I avoided the washrooms not wanting to know what I'd find.I usually pick this location to meet with clients as it is usually a pleasant space. I was rather embarrassed to be there for this meeting and felt the need to apologize to the person I met with.

I've gone to this Tim Hortons twice this week. And the either a haven't filled the cup all the way or be. Put the lid on loosely that I burn myself. Trying to drink it cause it's spilled. Cause the lid came off. My hand was nowhere near the lid when it came off, not impressed.My hand was nowhere near the lid when it came off. Every time I go to this Tim Hortons something happens. The order isn't right I get half a coffee instead of extra large every time

I was ordering a medium triple triple coffee few minutes earlier in drive through and from my side i was not paying attention to the screen and i didn’t hear any response from whoever talking on the other side so i repeated my order telling medium triple triple coffee she could have told okay i dont know why she has to be mean with that attitude she replied ‘its on the screen whatelse ‘ and starts laughing even i work at two fast food chain restaurants and i dont know what kind of customer service has been taught here in this tim hortons

When in person, it’s amazing. Ordering through Uber, the order is never correct. They at least wrote on one item that it wasn’t in stock…but they gave me the wrong donut (no writing as to why) and made the tea wrong (don’t even know what they put in it but because of sensitivities, I had to throw it out)

Their coffees increasingly taste like water, milk and duct tape. It’s almost arrogant to mess up a product you’re KNOWN for. This specific site has serious issues with quality. It’s like they WANT to shut down.

I sit at a table full of crumbs and food and I always have to clean it myself while the workers are chatting in the back. I am so fed up after so many years I’ve finally decided to complain. This needs to change. Clean your tables.

Around 7:40pm on Wednesday October 18, I got an order from Tim Hortons to pick up the skip the dishes order & and one person who was making skip order behave very rude. She give me 2 bags and when I was leaving with 2 bags she suddenly shouted in front of everyone one and told me you are grabbing 2 bags while you only have one order. I was like you give me 2 bags and now you blaming me I picked 2 bags intentionally. I am not thief. I feel so insulted and same. Some have to do some about her/him.( I don’t know the gender she look like girl but not sure.)
