I’ve now ordered from this Timmie’s three times in a row via skip the dishes and this store is ran by COMPLETE RETARDS. This is now the third time in a row these morals have discluded my donut. Next I’m I’m out an about your store gonna make up for this.

This is my least favourite Tim Hortons but I go to it for convenience as I work nearby. The drinks are made okay, but I'm always waiting for dark roast (they never seem to have it ready?) and a bunch of their menu items that are advertised in store (such as cold brews) are not actually offered at this location. It's odd to advertise menu items but purposely not make them. It's also very crowded here. I know it's a small location but it's not exactly know for atmosphere.

Me & my friends go there most often, & I daily watch the manager over there(one girl, may be her name was SIMRAN) was very rude & disrespectful, with customer as well as with fellow colleagues. I saw few times she talks with me very badly, she act like she own the TIM HORTONS but she don't know she just a stupid manager of Tim Horton's. Most people who come over there do much better job then her but they are very respectful and very polite, not like her, who is full with arrogance. Here, I am requesting owner/ Tim Horton's management to act on this matter. they guys should fire her job, or let her know always respect customer, your fellow colleagues. and she should be shamed on her shelf. DO NOT SHOW ANYONE YOUR ARROGANCE FOR BEING MANAGER OF SOMETHING. IF ANYONE DID NOT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS & I WILL RIGHT REVIW AGAIN.

I had an unfortunate experience again here the other day. After not visiting this location for a long time I gave it another shot. I can’t recall the managers name that was working the sandwich station but if it wasn’t for her the rating would be different…lower. She was doing everything she could while other staff not so much. I didn’t come to write a bad review though, clearly this is a tuff location and the lady’s have some daily struggles on their hands I’m sure. Give the manager a raise and some staff to help her out. This was a Saturday visit. Just so the proper manager is recognizing.

It's the expected environment at every store. Good service from the staff, not so much variety, and in it's a bit short of space.
