Worst drive-through service. Asked for 4 different regular items and the girl working inside said "unfortunately I just found out we don't have that, If you wanna order something else" Finally ordered Ice coffee and they just filled the medium size cup mostly with ice and lil bit of coffee. What a rip-off. I think they need better training. I'm very disappointed. Basically, I paid $2.40 for ICE

Some of the worst service I've ever seen in a Tim Hortons. Drive through gave me the wrong beagle after a really hard time placing my order. I went in to have it corrected and was ignored by 6 staff members for about 5 minutes. Then I finally got the right beagle it was barely toasted. The attitude I was from staff was the opposite of what I would expect. I was in a good mood going in, took me a while to get back to that state.

First time got my coffee from this location that after waiting for 15 minsAnd coffee taste was bad, seems like either bad milk or something.Horrible coffee taste ever.Never buying coffee from this location.

I do not know what is wrong with this location .?1 evening I order the dinner through the app - went their and staff mentioned they closed - no refund processed, can't cancel the order. Gave me the physical receipt and mentioned about coming with this receipt the next day and they will give me the foodCame second evening around 2 hours before the same time - they again cleaned up and can't process the food.Not sure what timings they run up with - Totally disappointed

I understand that with it being Tim Horton's, it gets very busy. Unfortunately, this location focuses more on pushing people through than putting a bit of care into their customers orders. Stipped by today and almost everyone that walked out with their order turned around and walked back in because it was wrong. Now don't get me wrong, i LOVE Timmies but will avoid this location going forward.

This store is setting records for screwing up EVERY order, one way or another every time Ive been through the drive-thru... wont be stopping here again, waste of money and the quality of the food and service is horrible. Reached out to Tim Hortons and the store and they didn't even have the courtesy of returning my call. McDonalds is across the street and at least they get my order right. This morning, no hashbrown in the Farmers Sausage wrap. How is this store still in business?

Clean, bright and friendly staff. Easy access in and out. Lots of parking. Food was fresh and clean washrooms. Excellent stopping point off the 401 hwy.

Very kind staff!! Especially the guy working at the cashier. He was probably 17 or 18 years old, very talkative and kind. I looked at the reciept and he was on shift 2.

This is the dirtiest Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I walked in and it was so dirty I could not order anything. I left immediately. The parking lot was disgusting, how hard is it to change the garbage and pick up the trash all over the parking lot? I should have known even before I went in.

The staff were way too rude to be working in customer service job. There was an indian girl who took our order at drive through and it took me a minute to get the tims app up and it bothered her so bad. And I had scan and pay on and thought it went through. She didn’t let me know at first and when I was about to drive up she shouted saying you have to pay. Well I’m not stealing anything. All the while having a look on her face which clearly says she hates her job/ customers. And there was also another staff member singing in the background“whats taking so long”. Mind you it was on Sunday evening and it was dead as hell in the store. After going through the reviews it looks like this is their routine. They completely ruined our day for us.
