Went to 3 different Tim Hortons the other morning in search of doughnuts. Both the Egerton location and the York location didn't have any donuts ready almost an hour after they opened. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to this location as they had every type of donut I was hoping

The place is way more cramped than it was since the renovation but it's still cozy.... Lotta homeless people around though, some people are really rude towards them and their aditude matches it.. just leave them be..order your food and ignore them...being mean to them just makes them lash out in

Bathroom was disgusting ?. They keep it locked but they would only unlock it after I told them I would order after I used it. When I saw the East Indian unlock it for the lady ahead of me he didn’t wash his hands after touching that germ area (so gross ?). The fact that the bathroom is locked tells me they just aren’t being responsible in keeping things clean. That tells me all I need to know about the food there and I won’t risk it.

It was the worse Tim hortans I have ever been to, the atmosphere is bad, drug addicted and strangers are filled around the shop. The food is absolutely horrible and the coffees are usually cold. Horrible place totally do not recommend to anyone.

Great staff and good coffee. Horrible environment: addict hangout, reduced seating area and only one washroom now. Not a safe place for staff, kids, drivers or walk-ins. Low quality lights are too bright. I drank my coffee in -13C (actual temp) outside because at least it was peaceful, sunny, joyful and breathable. I'll have my next coffee at home with cane sugar and healthier 1% powdered milk.

Using the app to order food is never ready, and drunk is usually made wrong. Can never order muffins, etc, always turned off. Very rude staff.

It is close to home, and a great place to sit and catch up with an old friend.

QUESTIONS about recent remodel, which significantly reduced the dining area sq.ft. cashier's answers vague. I did submit 'contact us' corporate form today, gave my receipt #, asking exact area, exact number of seats removed, why and why in December? but not confident will get timely (or human non-AI) response.Parking: And yeah, they still didn't do anything to fix the parking lot water hazard.

12 mins for a 2 breakfast sandwiches is unreal. U can't see them make ur food no more. Can not believe this is expectable. They did renos inside but still haven't done anything about the parking lot flooding for over 10 years. Tim hortons is falling apart just like the rest of the restaurants. Really can't not believe we allow this to happen

The new update to the store is so uninviting. There's nowhere to sit and eat. There's only room for 6 people. So, there is no buying food and sitting there to eat.

Got served with this cold and tasteless wrap. Comparatively smaller in size too.

We ordered 3 smile cookies they only gave us 2. We got a creamy chill and it was mostly liquid it was like cream in a cup, nothing like a normal one. Lots of homeless yelling at people in the drive-through.
