Horrible portion sizes, very cheap garbage food for what you get got my order wrong and never offered discount or apology. Felt ripped off unpleasant experience. Never plan on ordering or visiting this place again. Can’t offer a recommendation for this place.

We ordered on uber eats and when our food arrived my Rice vermicelli bowl only had 7 pieces of pork in it and half of them are fat shavings but my husband’s Pad Thai only had two pieces of chicken and one stem of broccoli for the entire meal. Very dissatisfying especially when trying to support small businesses.

Ewwwww.......This is my first time to give a negative comment in Google. The experience is extremely bad in this restaurant. I found an unknown worm in my spicy sour soup. And in another dish, there are some small bugs in the vegetables. I suspect they don’t wash vegetables at all. It makes me really really sick.

When I called and nicely told them they gave me the wrong soup and side they argued with me!! I’m looking right at the soup telling him it’s wrong and I got vermicelli instead of steamed rice and he continued to argue. He wouldn’t let me get a word in to explain. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tom kha Kai coconut soup is not red and it is not spicy (I mean really spicy ?) and it does not have pineapple and broccoli in it! Plus it tastes terrible. I also ordered a vermicelli dish and it was cold. Sooooo disappointing to spend that much on a meal and get that kind of service.

My wife and I ordered Pad Thai and vegetarian spring rolls and I wish we didn't. Uber eats was perfect and professional but what they delivered was deeply regrettable. The Pad Thai was a flavourless brick tantamount to eating paper-mache paste with soggy crushed peanuts on top. Everything about it was wrong. The chicken was cubed and bland and just very peculiar and the egg was missing entirely. It was a little bit like this was someone's first attempt at Pad Thai and they were reading the instructions from a blurry fax. My wife's spring rolls tasted like fish, like actual fish. They were dreadful. We always say that it isn't the mistake that matters, it's how it's corrected. When my wife called to have this mistake corrected they were very rude and very dismissive. It was insinuated that my wife was a liar for saying the food was awful. Pad Thai is one of my favourite foods and I could not eat it. We will never eat from here again.

Saw another review below that said 'we thought someone ate half our food!'. I cannot agree more. $10 for pad thai with almost inedibly dry beef, and hardly enough noodles to call it a meal.. won't be going back here. Trying to support local during COVID world, and adding this place to my no go list.
The shrimp rolls I ordered weren't good as well all the sauces for the food tasted old and edible. Ended up having to throw them out disappointed

Probably the worst Thai food I’ve ever had. I wish I could give this zero stars. I ordered the rare sliced beef tenderloin pho. With extra beef and noodles. I’ve never had Thai food presented like this. The broth had little flavour. The basil was in the soup and definitely not fresh as it was wilted and black. The noodles were over cooked and stuck together. But really, the worst part about this was the beef. It was over cooked and in the broth- to the point that I couldn’t even chew it. And don’t even get me started on the beef and noodle portion size. It was laughable. But that’s ok because it was so bad we couldn’t even eat more than a few bites. And the lemongrass chicken wings. I wish I had a food scale because four small chicken wings are NOT one pound. I will NEVER go there again. Save your money and go to Thuan Kieu or Pho Lee.
