This owner was found guilty of not paying his employees their wages. No excuse for that I will NEVER go there again.

I always stop purchasing some food in this place. I enjoy the fast customer service and well cooked food. They never disappoint.

Gross, unsanitary, Owner was there and looked unkempt. Fish was soggy and tasted like it was frozen and thawed in water. Can't confirm, but that's what it tasted like.

Walker himself greeted me at the door. The moment I was seated in the very back corner of a dimly lit room, I knew I was in danger. Walker proceeded to hand me a plate full of fresh fish eggs and instructed me to eat 3 plates in under 3 minutes or he would sacrifice me to the fish gods. I’m now dead and I am paying the ultimate price. Do NOT eat here!!!1! THEY WILL FEED YOUR SOUL TO SALMON AND YOUR CARCAS TO HADDOK. P.S: Learn how to properly treat your employees and pay (ex)ones you haven’t payed yet to avoid getting stupid reviews like this in the future! :)

The owner was convicted of cheating his employees apparently of their payI will not deal with them again which is too bad for the employees, but I will not patronize a business that cheats like this

First time going there today. Overall appearance was unpleasant. The food was ok, but nothing worth more than a one star. The waitress was weird AF always talking to herself. Seems to be a mixed bag of reviews here . Not likely to return anytime soon.

This is a remodeled "Bobby Sox Restaurant" that had tight fitting booths along the main wall main from years gone by. The booths are gone and replaced with square tables for two or can be pushed together to accommodate 4, 6 or 8. Good portions of delicious Fish & Chips are served with a side salade. Free parking on side streets or meters out front on Wellington St. We had a delicious meal that was everything I expected. Maybe Teresa L came in on a bad day? There is tax on prepared food Teresa, do you live under a rock? When we were there it was not busy and the waitress was very friendly and spoke to everyone there. This place is licenced establishment so if you work downtown or are just driving I think it is worth a stop.

Well, THIS was a surprise! Walker's would not have been in my radar on any other day, but we were hungry and they advertised fish and chips, which caught the hubby's eye - so we went in and gave the place a try. It's good to be open-minded, right? First of all, it's in the financial district of London, and not downtown proper. Walker's occupies what appears to be an older converted house. You might overlook it altogether in a drive-by (I did...) but you might notice it if you're looking in the window and see the advertising. Once you are inside, the restaurant's eclectic décor and warm environment embrace you right away - not to mention the smell of good food. I was so curious to see all the things hanging on the wall up close! Add to this the friendly, engaging and informative waitress, and all you need to try is the food! The chef even came out to say hello to us. I promised myself to try to aim for healthy food and to be "good", but honestly, my brain and my stomach were on different planets that day! For one thing, we were tempted by one of the specials of the day - a clam chowder for $4.95. That might have been ok all by itself (honestly - the serving was HUGE! Around 2 generous cups), but then I looked at the menu (so did hubby - we both got distracted by yummy goodness!) and I got side tracked by Fish Tacos which came with 3 tacos... Y'all should know me by now! I went for that ($13), and hubby got fish n chips for about $10, and a beer from a local craft brewery ($5.50). The fish tacos were delicious, their coleslaw was stellar, and I was so full by the end of my meal that I could not finish it all! Come to this place to get your fill and have a good time; definitely worth the visit! It's a hangout for the locals. Good thing for me that I do not live too near this place, because the only other place I would then have to go to would be the Gym!!!

Pretty nice perch and mushrooms, and great chips. All you can eat on Tuesday for just over $9... Friendly staff, too. Pretty good!
