Just spent 30+ minutes waiting behind 5 cars in the drive thru at the Wellington road south location, just to receive a cold burger…..but hot fries to salvage a 2 rating. I asked the girl why the wait, she said she was doing everything and it was busy. I would suggest 5 cars in over 30 minutes would not be setting any sales records but I will give her the benefit of the doubt. I would suggest maybe closing the drive-thru or the dining room if they cannot properly staff, rather than piss everyone off. We abandoned this location for another after several disappointing visits (since renovations) and I guess that pattern will continue.

Great customer service from the cashier today at around 12-1pm. Went inside. Busy. Stood in line for 15 minutes and did not take a single step forward. Nobody in line had their order taken while I waited. Yet, the drive thru was free flowing. When we left due to lack of service, the drive thru had no backup. This was after lunch hour. Management has no clue how to manage their workload. I generally like Wendy's food ... apparently, when I can get it.

They keep getting orders wrong. They wasted 40 minutes of my life. I had to drive all the way back because they got my order wrong again. They gave me French fries instead of a large chili I asked them if they were going to make it right and maybe give me a gift certificate or a couple extra nuggets or but no instead of that they give me a bowl of chili that's not even filled. The people working after 6 p.m. are a bunch of fools
