Service is usually consistent (in a good way) but the food has not been great lately. Burgers are not put together well or with all ingredients, frostys are soupier, and there's WAY too much ice in the drinks. The chicken strips are always amazing, though: cooked well, fresh and hot!

I ordered from here back in December. There was something off about the lettuce but I still ate it because I thought it was just me and that they would have standards to know if food is gone bad or not. I ended up getting really sick and went to the hospital for it. I recovered and I’m fine now. Going to take another chance with this place because it’s the closest Wendy’s to me and my work.. I never had time to go back and report it because I was ill for two days in bed and am also in nursing school so I immediately returned back to school after. If you’re going to eat from here just be careful and I’ll update you guys if the food I got this time was good. Ps. I love Wendy’s so I hope that was only a 1 time thing with the lettuce being bad and not something to do with the restaurants cleanliness and food handling.

So...I know someone who ordered a potato and had not one, not two but three dead roaches in it. So I don't know about buying food here anymore. And instead of refunding and giving a replacement meal for free they gave a very basic apology and offered to give another potato. You know cuz they want to eat the rest of their food now....yuck! Usually fast food restaurants go above and beyond for when they make a mistake. But this isn't something simple like a missing item or something made wrong. This was a "foreign object". I've personally never been treated like this...Anyways they won't be returning and I'd hesitate before going in here. Especially when there's other options very close by.

Best Wendy's ever. The staff are excellent.We're from out of town, but whenever we're in London our kids (5, 7) want to stop at this Wendy's. They love sitting in to eat a cheesburger and fries, but their favorite part is selecting their own drinks haha.

Hey, does it feel like the price of the Frosty doesn't match its quality anymore? They might as well have attractive girls sell it in shot glasses.
The staff was kind enough to let me stay 15mins after the dining room was closed, which I appreciated so much! Always super friendly. I love how u can use the drive thru even without a vehicle! Add in the late hours...don't think it can get much better than that!
