Take out dinner for two plus additional side. Very underwhelmed with quality/taste. Portions were good but leftovers were not desirable.

I've been ordering from here for awhile now and things were usually pretty good. Now with today's order, I ordered lemon chicken combo aaaaand what I got was about 85% batter with very little chicken all chopped up. Not impressed or happy, it looked like 1 lemon chicken chopped up and thats it. I can only hope things get better or I will have to stop going there.

I have ordered from these guys for over a year at this point, but have always used skip the dishes to have them deliver. Today, however, was different. I was out and about doing my end of the month bills, and I decided to stop in for a quick lunch. Their food is really good... and I am a chinese food addict, I can't get enough of the stuff, so for me to say this, a place should really take that as a compliment...The Service today, however, was leaving much to be desired. I took the bus from the downtown district and walked a few blocks to get to their location. I arrived at 10:55 am, it took a while to find the entrance, since the one visible door is being blocked by a table. I walked around to see their open sign lit up, and once I finally found the door (which is big and brown, and honestly I thought it belonged to their neighbor), I went on in. The woman at the counter looked like she was going to have a heart attack. She said they weren't open yet. I said oh okay, am I able to stand in between the double doors, because its freezing outside. She said yes. Next thing I know this big guy comes out, tells me, you go, wait outside. That rubbed me the wrong way since I specifically asked can I wait in between the double doors and was told YES.Okay, so I wait outside, its now 11, google says they just opened. I decide to give them 2-3 extra minutes since I disturbed them a few minutes early. Went inside, the guy sighs, turns to me and says, takeout only, cash only, no debit. Which to me is the breaking point. I turned around and left. I came for a peaceful meal, I left feeling angry. I want to stress again, their food is very very good. But I would rather go to the Mandarin (a place that will seat you 5 minutes early, treats you like your a welcomed customer, and you don't have to jump through hoops to pay them). It is a shame, I love chinese food, but when you have a sitting area that you won't use. Make your customer sit out in negative 10 degree weather. Don't have a working debit machine. I would rather go to the competition. I feel like I really wasted my time today bussing from the downtown district, I could have gone the other way and headed to a buffet. I chose a small mom and pop shop that I thought would want my business.I will continue to order their food, but I will stick to skip the dishes, because I would rather deal with a delivery guy that can't find my address, then sit in a restaurant and have to deal with what I went through today. I won't be back in person.

My husband and I used to go to this restaurant for our Sunday Dimsum maybe 4-5times so far.We ordered seafood congee and 5 different kinds of dimsum for our lunch today.I asked for red vinegar and server gave me “one table spoon” in saucer. So we asked another one for my husband. We both like to put some red vinegar in our dimsum and congee, so I asked for a another one because obviously it was not enough to have our whole meal with it.After when we got the bill, they charged us $1 for a red vinegar!?!?! (So one table spoon of red vinegar is $1??)We asked our server, are you sure you guys charge for a vinegar?? And she checked with lady owner and she said yes. Because I asked many times??!! LolSo I went up to the counter and asked her, if she was serious about charging $1 for a vinegar to a customer. And told her if that is what you guys are charging, we don’t mind paying for it this time but won’t be returning, because that is absolutely ridiculous!!!And she looked at me and said “Yes, that’s fine”We weren’t rude, or never complained before and were really shocked that they were charging for a “red vinegar”, not a bowl of vinegar but total of 3 tablespoons??Not to mentioned but not sure they usually charge for hot teas before, but they also charged us for $3 for tea. ( that’s fine!)Never, ever going back. That is just wrong for Chinese restaurant to charge vinegar. Never seen it my life. Lol

Tried Wing Wah last night for pick up. The food was outstanding and they do not cheap out on the quantity as we will have left overs for another meal. One thing is that my order was supposed to ready in 30 min and it took 70 min but the staff was so friendly I did not mind waiting.

This is the definitive DIM SUM restaurant in London!!! So much choice (for a non ‘Chinatown’ location). I have only done takeout but they are friendly, fast, and organized. The food is DELICIOUS!! Looking for DIM SUM here in the Forest City, Wing Wah is where it’s at!!!Parking: Huge lot!! Right next to BEER STORE ; )

We had a very nice dinner here. The hostess was very polite and helpful. The food was served to our table in a reasonable time. Nice and clean but more of a takeout than dine-in restaurant.

I ordered a fried rice noodles with shrimps for takeout. I saw that the dish was taken away with stinky shrimps? Anyway, if someone doesn’t find the problem in the store, they can’t find it? The bottom of the packaging box is full of oil for fried rice noodles. If you don’t know how to make this kind of fried rice noodles, you can just take it off the menu. It costs more than 20 yuan and goes directly into the trash without eating it. You will starve to death and never eat it again.

A lot of variety in the menu so everyone was able to get things they liked in our party of 5. LOTS of food, all served piping hot. Excellent deep fried squid with hot sauce - my favourite!
