First time ever eating at Wok Box. Tried this South London location on Southdale Rd. I was very impressed by the quality of food and especially the service. I usually don’t write reviews, but I was extremely impressed by the two employees behind the counter, Kuluinder and Vishal. They were both very professional and helpfulI annd friendly. I ordered 6 different items for my friends to try, the Crispy Orange Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Beef Teriyaki, the Dan Dan and Pho. Simply put were all excellent, well made and very tasty. As I was leaving, Kuluinder gave my friends daughter gave some treats to take home as he said goodbye to us when we left. 5 stars all the way!

Place is ok, had a bad experience few months back, but the manager took care of the issue fast, respect that. Never went back for months after that. Gave it a 2nd shot and can't say its bad or great. Maybe I just have a bad taste from my last experience. Overall, place it good.

This was one of my favourite places . Been here many times over the years and always loved it . Unfortunately things have changed. Went for dinner tonight and the food was bland and the portion sizes have definitely changed. Sad to say we won’t be going back .

I have to agree with the most recent comments.Have been coming to this location for years and it’s always been great.My most recent trip ended with the feeling of probably not ever coming back.Seems like there may be new owners and they have changed everything from the prices to the portions.They have made up their own prices for the “daily deals” offering less discounts than stated on the website.Ordered a regular size box and a “sumo” size box, but both boxes had the same amount of rice and protein.Have always ordered the spring rolls which always had 5, now there is only 4 for the same price.Going to lose regular customers very quickly as a result.

We would come to wokbox for their date night specials as we find the regular menu is pricey.Husband went in tonight to find they've limited the specials to rice only (literally) meals.3/4 of the box was filled with soggy rice and very little nutritional ingredients were added.Wokbox is going to find themselves shutting down because of their greed. Definitely will be supporting local restaurants than this greedy chain any longer.
