I’ve never written a review before but this experience just kept getting better and better so here I am.First my daughter and I walked in and waited several minutes to even been acknowledged by either of the two staff members behind the counter. Granted they were busy fulfilling what I assume was a mobile order since we were the only ones in the restaurant. When she finally did acknowledge us, the subs were made to order until I asked for “a very little bit of mayonnaise” and she proceeded to squeeze out what I would consider EXTRA mayo. We go to pay…the guy at the cash was preoccupied by his phone the whole time. There was a sitch with the cookies but I’ll spare you. I will say they were HARD though. When I finally finished wiping the mayo off my daughter’s sub and sunk my teeth into my own I found it was cold…like cheese not melted..never been in the toaster…cold. I brought it home and microwaved it and will not be back.

Poorly ran subway franchise. They were short nearly all produce with the exception of lettuce tomatoes (which didn't look appealing) and onion. Tables were dirty, the floor was filthy and the washrooms were a mess.

Subway is bread and vegetables, and it does not add up for the price. It cost $38.00 for the two of us, not the most expensive subs, either with 2 cookies. Now we can go next door to a family restaurant, sit with full service for $35.00. Also, with really nice plates that are not bread and veggies.I find that since covid Subway is gouging people like many other businesses.I do understand that everything has gone up, but let's be realistic at the same time.

Holy slow service and then if the employees would take their earbuds out maybe they could hear what you were actually asking them to put on your sub
