It is getting worse. I hate that it's all about speed. I will never go to lucan Tim's no more. worst customer service and food is crap. can't even toast a bagel properly. And when u go back up to window to get it replaced they reject u. Terrible for a small town. slow down and do things right. I miss the real mom and pop shops they at least acknowledge your a valued customer.
