Order screens did not work and nobody was attending the cash. The line was really long and with only 3 people working there was no way we were getting food anytime soon. Just left and went down the road 15 minutes to a way larger variety of restaurants.

If you want to spend 1 hour waiting forever, order from this restaurant. Otherwise. Don't even think about it. Just stop to go to the bathroom. Plus, I've never seen a lettuce wrap so poorly made.

I do not recommend X1000!! We made a simple order = wrap + drink etc. When we opened the bag what a surprise! There was no wrap, plus we already told them it's $9! He assured us: I put the wrao in the bag. Etc then we had to "fight" with the person responsible for them to finally say: we will look for evidence. After verification, we were the ones who were right! Plus the wrap measured around 10 cm (tortilla) And the filling OMG! THERE WAS ALMOST JUST A PIECE OF CHEESE!?!?!?!?!?

Never going back again. The lady who took our order never greeted us with a "hello" or even smiled. They seemed to be really short staffed, and also there was a repair man working on one of the grills. We ordered chicken tenders, onion rings and root beers. The chicken pieces were small, flat, and microwaved. The rings were only half coated, and tasted a bit burnt. We had a few bites but couldn't finish. And it cost us $30.00 for garbage. Next time we'll be going to Tim Hortons beside them!

I have never seen such inefficiency. A blatant effort to actually not care about customers. It was a party in the kitchen. There is a guy who was laughing and chatting with the cooks. Didn't care that people were at the counter. The girl who was being the cashier and serving people got our order wrong but we didn't even bother. The guy was there and didn't care that it takes 20 mins to serve anybody. Come on its fast food. The word is fast. Also forgot to give me my drink. I ran back and waited 5 mins. She was taking orders while he was joking and starring at people. I would have sat at a restaurant ? if I knew or go to NY fries who had a line up but it was moving. Never stopping there again.

This is by far the worst anw in the country and is sad that it’s been this bad for so long. There are many things wrong with this place and I’m sure the other reviews speak to it. In my case I waited 10minutes for them to just put my fries in the deep fryer only for them to hand me a bag of raw fries with no seasoning and no apologies. The workers were sassy and fooling around in the back while a lineup was waiting over 20minutes at sometimes just to get a single item. If it’s fast food it should be served fast, and cooked…

Ordered a buddy burger and was given just a plain burger with mayo because they ran out of onions and then proceeded to ask if me if I wanted them to just cut up so onions (which doesn’t taste the same). They didn’t try to resolve it and just said sorry and kept going on about their days. I get it, it’s a high volume area and they probably don’t care about their jobs but the customer service was not great. It really bummed out my mood. The point is, it takes two seconds to inform your customer of a change to their order due to a lack of ingredients, I didn’t pay to try discover what was missing from my food. I wasn’t the only one who wasn’t impressed.

Terrible. The kiosks don't work, at least half of them, and it took ten minutes just to put my order in. No one knows what's going on, where and how to order, etc. The display screens don't show which orders are actually ready, I guess they don't update? Not sure. But this visit was pretty much hell. Obviously this place would be out of business if it weren't at the service station, but this was so bad I'm going to try my best to avoid service stations at all in the future.
