Service was fairly quick despite being very busy, but their hot chocolate tastes like burnt water, and the iced cap lacks any sweetness that it usually has.

There were 4 employees at this location and they were not super busy but it took 25 minutes to get what was supposed to be a chia latte but after we were back on the 401 I take a sip to find out I had no idea what I had been handed. Will I ever stop ther again NO!!!

Food and service were great and quick and my coffee was perfect. HOWEVER what kind of full service Starbucks doesn't accept or even let you collect stars there. The staff said it was based on the owners decision. Poor brand management and a terrible choice made by whoever owns this particular location. It already costs $8 for a drink, at least let me benefit in some way. I've been to countless Starbucks all over the country.. And the world for that matter, and this is the only location that's ever denied collecting stars.

They only sell drinks, no mugs. As a traveller, its kinda sad and disappointing that the Starbucks dont have mugs of that place (for example, Toronto, Canada etc)

Their hours say they close at 7pm. Got here at 6:50 and their drive thru was blocked off. I went to the in-person window and the girl was just motioning at me that their closed. What a waste of time. It's at an OnRoute and they don't even open until their listed hours.
