Do not buy at that Starbucks in Canada'sWonderland.They literally don't know what they are doing at this location. I asked for an Latte but it was not at all latte. I told them that it looked weird and they offered to remake it but it still looked so bad.

Sharing my Starbucks Wonderland experience—usually a fan, but this location disappointed. Cleanliness was an issue, tables were all dirty and covered with garbage and the staff took really long, consistently getting my orders wrong. Even after explaining how to make a cinnamon dolce latte, which they asked me how to make… it was still made incorrectly. Service here needs significant improvement and doesn’t compare to other Starbucks standards.

A wonderful starbucks, highly recommend. Me and my girlfriend visit every morning before work!! Sarah, who is there on mondays, is phenomenal and always sparks our mornings.

Don’t even want to give one star. Brown guy , short height and Curley hair is so racist, stupid and annoying. Starbucks should hire some good people , not people like him who does not respect customers who pays his salary. Please teach him some lesson. He was working night shift on September 10, 2023.Thanks

The greetings we had from the barista taking orders were the word “NEXT”, no Hi or Hello at all.I ordered a Grande Iced Coffee and paid $4.57 which was not surprising since maybe the store is licensed, however, while watching how they make the drink out of curiosity, since I am a Starbucks barista myself as well, I realized that the color of the iced coffee was too light and the ice makes it worse, it might be watered down. I've tried it and came back, explained to the barista who made the drink that it tastes just like water. She didn't give me any option aside from saying that if she makes another iced coffee it will probably taste the same which I already knew. So, I ended up asking if she could just make me a Brown sugar oat shaken espresso and I can pay the difference in price. She charges me another $1.47 for the BOSE. I asked for the receipt and it says 2 cream cheese because she said there was no button. Overall, paid $6.04 for a Grande drink ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️

Advertised prices are incorrect. At cash they charge you more and tell you sorry I guess the advertised price is old but legally they have to honor the advertised price or that is false advertising. I guess Starbucks doesn't care and just wants to make money.

The Starbucks drink that I got was a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. It was really good. The service was a little slow because there was only one worker working on the drinks but it was good. There was no line which was great. Coming back here soon!

When I walked into this Starbucks with my family there was no greeting, which is very strange for a Starbucks. Then when I received my drink, a caramel apple spice, it was made incorrectly.. there was no caramel on top. Not only do the staff not greet when you walk through the door, they also don’t call out your drink… anyone could’ve grabbed my drink!! We could also clearly see behind bar and there were cleaning products RIGHT BESIDE the espresso machines.. near everyone’s drinks. Terrible service, re train staff on drink making and a nice greeting. Won’t be visiting again.

Went to this Starbucks in the summer time. Possibly the worst location I’ve ever been to. I too work at Starbucks so I know how they run, and this location desperately needs to retrain its staff. There’s a whole lot of people on the floor doing nothing. I ordered a simple iced tea and waited just under an hour for it. Only to find out that they had punched in the wrong drink order. I then had to try and ask several of the workers for the correct drink because most didn’t even care or bother to help me out. I asked for a refund and again had to ask several workers as none could be bothered or even knew how to give a refund. When trying to get my refund the girl on cash couldn’t understand my request for a refund on the wrong drink. She then had to grab another worker because she didn’t know what to do. One of the girls then proceeded to lie to me and tell me the wrong drink is cheaper than the one I was trying to order. I’ve worked at Starbucks for 3 years ladies. Get it together. All workers should be retrained on customer service. Avoid at all costs.
