I know this is minor but I’m genuinely surprised I have to ask to have my bagel cut in half - is that not standard?When toasted it doesn’t seem like it and tastes like dough, when double toasted it’s burnt.Also the “real eggs” are really gross (but that’s not the fault of this location)

Rushing you and taking the order wrong multiple times and multiple people. The egg was blue, and it tasted like they put a different seasoning on it.

I ordered coffee and hashbrown.I waited for the coffee on the right side. Then the lady told me to go to the left side and ask for my hashbrown.They were obviously very busy, but I was told to ask so I asked.The person obviously snapped because they're busy.The front staff should communicate on my behalf about the food.... being lazy and to tell me to just ask the staff making the food when there's a big queue was just a recipe for me to get snapped at.

Horrible service and very rude employees!! They practically throw your order at you to rush you through. There wasn’t even anyone behind me waiting. I rarely get a chance to put my coffee in the cup holder and put my money away. This time I had enough and told them not to rush me. The girl responded by telling me she’s on a 20 second timer and walked away. I proceeded to put my stuff away without moving my vehicle. Another employee came to the window asking if I needed anything else. I said no, just that I was being rushed away. All she said was “oh, that’s why you’re still here” and walked away! SO RUDE!

Bought a coffee from the drive through and the line is empty. The lady passed me the coffee and said “thank u” rudely. When i put the coffee into the car’s cupholder, she opened the window and said “don’t block the way, go. Ppl are waiting” i have to park at the gas station parking. Then i noticed there was only one car behind me.Very bad experience. At other places, even the drive through is wrapped, i never see employees “kick” the customer out.

The staff is always in a bad temper, they serve in a bad way. I always went to the one that was close but it is currently closed, the staff in that place is nice I hope they open soon.

Avoid this Tim’s if you can. We have only gone occasionally over the last few years because it was convenient (close to the highway) and honestly it’s probably the only reason why it’s still open. Every time we order food, this location always gets the order wrong - always. Especially if you have any sort of customization (e.g., no cheese in farmer’s wrap). It’s kind of crazy how consistent they are in getting our order wrong. We have even tried to go back in once and ask for a replacement…they were rude and even got the replacement order wrong. Do not recommend this location!
