I ordered flat pork in the store this morning and found that the meat was sour. I stopped eating after a few. The noodles were all lumped together. After a few bites of the seaweed pancake, the meat inside was disgusting. After eating, I started to have diarrhea after coming out of the store. I didn't eat anything until the evening. Now I drank some congee and started to have diarrhea again.

The taste is so-so, the waiter seemed like he was missing a muscle, he didn't calculate the bill clearly and said we skipped the bill.

This business is really good at making money. A 3pc shrimp cake is $2.79 + Haili cake = 6.5 after tax. They told me there are only two left, and they only refund me $0.5? If you don’t get rich, who will? In the end, $1 was refunded. Did you pay attention to your customers? Shouldn't I refund $1.05?

Worst service across TorontoAbsolutely zero attention to the customers, had to chase after them to order food, but RUDELY DEMAND TIP.The lady has the audacity to tell me “没有服务就不能拿小费吗?” “No service but I still want tips”Reply edit: You are replying to the wrong person, I’m not the person you’re referring to. I paid way more than $25. But this proves you are indeed rude to many customers. And don’t even bring up the tipping culture in North America when your restaurant only accept debit/cash for TAX EVASION purpose. You’re cheating the government of Canada of their lawful income. Now, about the tipping culture, it is NOT MANDATORY, it reflects the EXPERIENCE that customers had using your service, not an obligation for simply wiping the tables. Since you want to blend in the western culture so much, you’re welcome to visit any legit western restaurants and see their services and attitudes, you’ll realize why so many people don’t give you tips.Learn to accept the fact that you’re not doing well enough to get tips, learn from the criticisms, and be willing to improve. Instead of CONFRONTING customers who choose not to give you tips and who leave comments here.I wanna end this on a positive note: your foods are delicious and authentic, your place is clean, the price is reasonable, just improve your attitude.

junk foodre: The oil you use has not been changed for a long time. My throat hurts immediately after eating it. The meatballs have no filling and the food ingredients are not good. The wonton soup feels a bit smelly (I think it is a specialty of your family). After trying it, Many varieties, none of which are tasty or healthy. Just because I have eaten different Fuqing dishes at different friends' houses, I have endless aftertaste, and I have a standard. In addition, your oil is unhealthy, and it is junk food to me.

I haven't been here for a while. Normally I would order take-out or delivery before. I think the food quality is not bad before, but I find out their food quality drop a lot this time. their seafood pot use the over-frozen Ingredients which make seafood pot taste so bad.

I ordered str fried flat rice noodle with beef. It was more expensive than other Chinese restaurants and the quality is probably the worst I have ever tasted. Most noodle is broken and sticky together.

It was a pleasure to eat here in the past, but I will never come here again. I have to complain about today's unpleasant dining experience. Every time I come here, I spend more than $100. I have eaten at so many Chinese restaurants, and none of them does not accept the BMO Master Card. There are no additional charges. It is already included in the bill. I have HST, but I have to pay a compulsory fee of $2 to swipe my card. What will happen if I earn $2 less? At the same time, the waiter pointed at the tip and said 100%. Two mandatory tips were placed in front of you. I took it seriously. Why (I am someone who always tips, and I always tip 20 when I go to any buffet). Force me? What are you doing for me? I asked you to bring some hot water to scald the bowl. I just asked you to scald it with cold water. The waiters didn’t do this in the past. I have to say that when the business is good, even the waiters are swollen. Finally, after my argument, the boss agreed not to charge $2, so I tipped $5, which was not 100% (tipping is voluntary, right?).

The stewed noodles with meat are really so-so, not to mention the noodles. The main noodles are like the noodles sold in the supermarket. I have never seen any restaurant use this kind of noodles to make fried noodles. 13.99 price point is terrible. There is almost no peanut sauce in the noodles, and the crispy shrimp has been fried, which is the worst experience ever.
