Among the sashimi I bought yesterday, the shrimp was very stale and fishy. The tuna looked like it had been left out for a long time and was dry. My daughter had diarrhea after eating it and it got worse and worse. I must give a negative review.
Fresh and affordable good quality sushi/sashimi. Great for families near by who want to enjoy a meal together and a good addition for parties at home.

Had a dine in for their sushi sashimi platter and eel rolls. They quickly got the order through and we enjoyed eating at the Markham location. Sushi and sashimi tasted fresh and at a reasonable price. They only accept cash and debit.

The value is unbeatable here for party platters. We always get the 60 piece sushi / sashimi / roll. You get some unique cuts like scallop and hamachi as part of it and best of all, no escolar or white tuna at all. Sashimi cuts are large and it’s never fishy. There was one occasion where the salmon sashimi wasn’t fully deboned, but apart from that, no issues.I like that their soy sauce blend shows some thought, as it has enough sweetness unlike most places. Same as with their sushi rice - it’s always well seasoned.You won’t get the same rolls on the weekdays vs weekends in my experience, but at about 2/3 the price with higher quality than other takeout sushi places, I can hardly complain. Don’t expect high-end / “omakase”-esque sushi at these prices.

This is my 3rd time getting sushi from this location. I've tried their Richmond Hill location twice before as well.Beware that this review is for VEGETARIAN rolls only!Excellent value, especially in 2024. I ordered 5 rolls, which came with 50 pieces and I Pais $35.55 including tax (see picture).Best part is the veggies to rice ratio - they keep veggies more and rice at a reasonable quantity, which is how it ought to be!Food was ready quickly when I dined in a la carte, and takeout is ready at the time they specify. I salute the staff there because they all look like they are working hard behind those counters!Vegetarian options: They have average selection of vegetarian rolls - veggie dragon roll is my favourite!
