This was my first time trying this bakery in this mall. And overall this place had so many options which all were so delicious, the quality of the food was amazing, everything was so fresh and there were a few things that were sold out when we came because of the popularity. But the service was very accommodating and the servers even gave us separate bags for each pastry and bun. But the main thing that stood out was the price for everything. It was all so cheap for the quality we were getting and it allowed us to try so many different things. I will definitely be coming back to try more and also seating was available nearby due to this place being in the food court area.

Coming to Baker Duck is “hit and miss” type of situation. You are literally stuck with whatever they have on offer after trekking all the way over here. Many shelves are always empty, when you come first thing, midday or late afternoon!

Sorry I don't have any photos, I have zero self control at places like these and devoured everything right away.Best bang for your buck bakery, and everything is good. Great range from sweet to savoury, buns to sandwiches (meals).Only eating space is in the food court.

This is how they used to make the bakery for Chinese curry buns and barbecue pork buns. They put a lot of ingredients in the buns, not skimpy. Highly recommended. You would love to buns freshly baked. Very affordable, great value.

I bought a blind box from too good to go. I know it is a blind box and I know it was not produced on the same day, but it cannot last for several days at least. The bread is as hard as a rock and I can’t even bite it. It's all rectangular, and it really looks like a beggar.

Their store at Woodside Square (Finch/McCowan) has had a forced closure since earlier in February as the bakery was apparently operating without a food license for the WHOLE time it was in operation!! Same owner here, so think carefully before you purchase their food. I used to buy all the time but this is abhorrent practice.

They have many classic and unique bakery buns as well as small cakes. The prices were fairly average and not too expensive. Most of the buns were all delicious but some were too oily or had too much sauce in it. It’s a great place to come try new types of baked goods.

Extremely dirty trays with hair on it, they just wiped their trays with the same dirty clothe they used to wipe things that dropped on the ground (unwashed).

Nice bakery with tasty food. But might need a while, esp. during the weekend, because of the food solding out so quickly.

I haven’t come for a while. When I came today, the service was still the same. It was still messy. When I got home, I found that the pudding was turned over for me instead of vertically. All the juice leaked out. Why do you keep making this stupid mistake?

Value for money. Good size and good quality buns. The fried fish or chicken sandwich buns are great deal for $3.99!!Though variety of buns may be limited at times as it seems they have limited baking capacity due to the large variety of buns they make. So you might not find what you're looking for.Though they do a lot of bun types that take a lot of time, that other bakeries wouldn't bother with anymore.

I had the most amazing sugar donut, that I have had in years, so delicious, I can see why there is always a small line up to get pastries. Highly recommended and my best recommendation I will return when I'm in the area .

The food is pretty good. The prices are definitely better than many Chinese bakeries these days, and the amount of filling aren't as cheap as many other places. However, they have very poor customer service. They often run out of specific buns, which is fine, considering how busy they are, so they always tell you to call and order ahead, but that is absolutely useless. I tried calling in today to see if they had 6 of the beef buns and to reserve it, they took my info down, but didn't ask me when i wanted to pick up. So I told them at least twice that I would be coming now and they said ok. Once there, I chose a few other buns and then told them I placed an order for 6 beef buns. They seemed confused at first but finally found the order. I paid for them and the cashier and bagger said it will take another 15 minutes for the buns to be ready. I told them that's okay and that I'll return to in half hour to pick them up. I actually returned nearly an hour after to give them a bit extra time, but when I asked one of the ladies, she rudely tells me (in canto) that it's going to take awhile and maybe over an hour. I told her I paid an hour ago and they originally said 15 minutes. She responds, "no you don't listen to the cashier you have to ask the bakers." .... was I supposed to just walk into their kitchen and ask the bakers? Why couldn't they have confirmed in the first place with the bakers in the back? If they originally told me it might take 2 hours or whatnot, I could have planned accordingly.Anyway, if you're in the area, I'd say definitely give it a try, but don't expect decent customer service and don't bother with ordering ahead. Maybe that's why they don't sell any full fresh cakes like most bakeries because they'd probably mess up any orders made ahead of time

Cashier is rude, she count the wrong item and charge us double the price, only after we pay by card. She did not even apologize to us and give 4$ cash for the price differences, rude and she doesn’t even speak English properly. Terrible
