Came here for lunch on a Saturday with some friends. Got the spicy chicken bao. The meat tasted old and there was no flavour. Could not even really finish my food. We complained and our friends’ baos came out slightly better.Very overpriced. The service was great but overall would not recommend.Also, there is a promotion for free food when you leave a positive review, so I would take these positive reviews with a grain of salt.

Heard about this place from my friend and decided to try it for lunch on a Saturday. The food was cold by the time it came to our table. The baos were big and the flavour was ok but I would say it was nothing special. Also, because this restaurant is inside a pool lounge it’s very dark and the seating isn’t the best. The server was very nice but the wait was long and overall I did not think it was worth it.(p.s. There’s a promotion here where you get free food for leaving a five star review)

I tried the guabao combo with three different flavors that they offer: pork belly, braised beef shank and spicy chicken. I would highly recommend the spicy chicken gua bao for those who like spice, and for those who want a taste of everything GET THE COMBO!

Quality of the baos were amazing. They were soft and fluffy so you can tell it was definitely steamed fresh. There were also many different kinds of fillings - pork belly was my favorite. Highly recommend!

First time here and was very disappointed. The baos were incredibly dry and seemed like they were just microwaved, and the chicken bao was almost inedible - the chicken was so dry, and felt like it had been left out for days. The mantou were meh and all tasted the same - also were just microwaved. Overall way better bao in Markham and the city - not worth the price or the time.

Thought some friends and I would try out this place with the really great reviews. A few things:1) Firstly, there’s a promotion at the door which encourages people to leave a positive review in order to receive a free mantou2) Friends’ chicken bao was VERY dry and tasted like it had been microwaved from the freezer. The buns were great but chicken was cold and way too shredded.3) Got the two-can dine deal and the amount of condensed milk they gave was for one person and container wasn’t even filled halfway. When asked if we could get a fill up or one more, they were going to charge an additional dollar..Overall, service wasn’t bad but when a complaint on the chicken was brought up, it shouldn’t have been ignored.

Came with a few co-workers for lunch. Unfortunately it seems we overwhelmed the chef with our demand, since we had to wait a while for all of us to get our bao. The food itself was good - and also a little expensive.I think you can order in advance, which I would recommend if you plan on going with more than 2 people.
