I was wondering if burger buns are supposed to be served cold.
Got the buffalo chicken burger, tasted bad. Food was not good, and so expensive, not going here ever again lol.

Had the "Got the Blues" burger combo, $20 with tax seemed a little expensive after I saw the burger, a little small and the patty itself was nothing g special.Nice toppings made it tasty, fries were a little ok.Just another burger place, nothing spectacular by any means.

My first time at this burger place and it was a great place. They had tony of options of burgers,chicken,fries,onion rings,poutines and even vegetarian options! and just wanted to try them all but only got the The BIg Smoke Burger and a poutine. The burger was great not sure if it frozen or not but it still was very juicy and toppings and sauce on it was great too. The poutine had great fresh cut fries and good cheese curds but my only wish is that they put more gravy on next time as when I got to the bottom of the poutine it was just fries and not much gravy left. The service was also great and quick so would definitely come back again. Would recommend you give it a try

I ordered a crispy chicken burger and onion rings. The burger was ok, nothing awesome. The onion rings were burnt and there was too much oil. Oil was practically oozing out from some of the rings. The taste of the oil stayed in my mouth for a long time after that. The atmosphere and the interiors were good.

Cheddar cheese bacon bugrer and upgraded to poutine. The burger is freshly made so the beef was hot and juicy. Tasted way better than those fast food burger joints. The fries on the poutine were a bit soggy because of the gravy. They give you a good amount of cheese. For around $20 you also get a drink which you can refill.

Not satisfied with buffalo chicken burger. One big piece of chicken with pickle slices and lettuce and a drizzle of buffalo sauce is not worth 15 dollars. Service is fine but I was the only customer at 8pm.

Very nice staff, good prices, and even beer. The bathroom is very nice, wheelchair accessible, and extraordinarily clean. I had great fries and hopcity beer. The beer itself is a little dense, but I'm happy nonetheless. They have wifi, and plenty of seating. Staff were nice and service was efficient. The food was not good. We ordered a classic burger, BBQ chicken burger, and craft poutine. The meat and fries were dry, and the poutine was too salty. It was good to try but I will not be ordering from Big Smoke Burger again.
I won't lie this place is usually decent but it's actually pretty awful today. Severely undercooked fries AND burger. Burger meat is a pale color and I had to get three other opinions to make sure I wasn't crazy about the fries being undercooked. Sucks when this is normally the best place to get a burger in the area but I think at this point I'd rather stick to the packed Harveys up the road.

Beyond Meat Big Smoke burger is a solid burger. Smokey cheddar and horseradish aioli are a great combination of flavours.

The pull pork poutine was ok, we would love it to have more flavour tho.We had the Beast burger, the burger itself was great, you can really taste the flame grilled flavour. The beef patty has good texture and juicy. The onion rings inside was crispy, it went well with the sauteed mushroom. All in all, it was a very enjoyable burger.

Such a solid burger. Would recommend the Beast burger. But they did give me a tiny onion ring so that was a bit disappointing.Dont bring a first date here unless you want to be real messy. I came up for air only once while inhaling the delicious burger.
