This is to provide feedback to Cravins if they deem to accept it. This is my second time placing an order with this establishment. Three meals were ordered online on Saturday March 23, 2024. An email confirmation was received but no time frame was given when the meal would be ready. We estimated half an hour and fortunately the food was ready on arrival.The order that was placed, consisted of one large Jerk Pork rice meal, a Curry Chicken Roti Wrap, and a Curry Goat Roti – Wrap. I had the Jerk Pork rice meal. It was good so no complaint there. Unfortunately, other members of the family found the wraps were too salty. I like salt in my food but had to agree with their findings.

This was my first time trying Cravins. I was simply looking to take out. My first impression when I walked in I was greeted by good vibe music. It has a nice atmosphere but there was no hot food nor service at the front desk. Not a good look in my opinion. After about a minute or two, a dark skin woman in her 20s came to serve me. She wasn't very friendly when I asked a few questions about whether or not I could get two meats in a dinner plate and the size options. After I placed my order, she went to the back to put everything together. You cannot visually see any food being prepared. I order an ox tail dinner which comes with rice and peas and coleslaw. It was tasty and served hot. The meat portion was on the smaller size but over it was filled with all that rice. Overall, I'd give this place 3.5/5. There are better places to be had. The price was average and fair.Parking: Parking after office hours is plentiful. This restaurant primarily targets small businesses in the area making ample parking after 5pm.

You truly will not find better food and service in all of Ontario. I dare you to try, you can't. The food is top tier. Don't complain if you're requested dish is out of stock either. That's what happens w proper fresh meals. Just get something else cause it'll be just as delicious. The jerk pork is fire and you can't find a better roti.Vegetarian options: Delicious

The portions are very good the curry chicken is a bit to shredded and not really flavorful I find the foods lacking flavor covered up with spice . Especially the jerk I think if they tone down the spice and kick up the flavor it would be amazing unfortunately the young lady who takes the order is quite rude and just had an over all crappy attitude as if my large order was a burden on her . The older lady in the back is very friendly unfortunately they forgot to pack our drinks . We tried jerk pork jerk chicken and curry chicken

Ordered takeout lunch here. The large jerk chicken was well portioned, I saved some for dinner. This is good to satisfy my jerk chicken craving. The pepper sauce isn't insanely hot and I enjoyed it. Coleslaw has good flavour and the rice is cooked right. I wish there was more sauce/gravy. I would try it again.

The coleslaw is amazing. Jerk is decent has a kick to it, rice is seasoned well. Atmosphere was clean. Great value for the lunch special, tried jerk pork, stew chicken, and curry goat.
