Got ignored for the at least five minutes despite the employees clearly seeing me waiting. Run by a bunch of high schoolers who think that they own the place. They didn’t care about keeping their hands clean and were just chatting or loitering the whole time. When they finally served me my food I was glared at and got delivered an annoyed “Have a good one”. Not to mention they were loudly conversing right in front of me, including swearing, and pretended like they didn’t hear me when I tried to get their attention.

This location used to be the best Dairy Queen by a long shot. I’m not sure if it’s new management but someone is definitely being too strict and telling employees to skimp portion sizes and amounts of toppings. Not even worth coming here anymore. Extremely disappointing. Management, stop being so cheap. It’s Dairy Queen, the chain will make money. I guarantee you will make more money by actually keeping customers happy rather than nickel and dime-ing ingredients

We come to this location often. It's a bit out of the way for us, but we like it more than the ones closer to us. The neighbourhood is safe. The restaurant and clientele have a good vibe. One of our favourite Thai restaurants is around the corner.The service and food are consistent. The restaurant is clean. While there isn't a ton of parking, we've never had an issue getting a spot.

More than just Cakes and Burgers !We stopped at this location to get an Ice Cream cake for an upcoming family event. The Cake were ordered needed some modifications and the wonderful staff made them while we waited. We have been running around all day and decided to have a snack. I have tried their burgers before and wanted to try something else. I ordered a Chicken Strip Basket with Buffalo Sauce and a drink. The Chicken was better than I thought it would be and so were the fries. We all had our snacks right around the time the cake was ready, The Chicken Basket hit the spot and it's something I may try again on another visit.

I ordered on my mobile. When I went to the restaurant, employee there asked me for the ID and refused to give me my order because the First name is not matched. I showed them the email and app receipt and explained it was my preferred name on the App. They still refused to give me my order and said because of “Fraud issue”. It was so ridiculous, no restaurant will ask clients for their ID and refused to give them the order after showing the receipt. What a horrible service experience.
