The Cozy Corner exceeded expectations! Perfect for all travelers. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, and surprisingly comfy beds. Plus, can't beat the location!

Nice hotel and rooms it's very disappointing that the pool hours are so early! Not convenient if your here on business as hours do not represent business work hours.

Ridiculously expensive restaurant and funny decor. It was like an Austin Powers wannabe. Service was awesome, but everyone working there looked sad. I made sure to tip 20%.

We were at the hotel for a couple of days for a conference. Junior suite room, clean, comfortable, with a good view on lake. I would like to note the staff, especially the waiters who served at dinner in the conference room and during the Gala dinner, everyone was attentive and friendly, especially Turkish girl waiter (sorry, i don’t remember her name), she was very polite. The entertainment team at the Gala dinner was awesome.

This review is for two consecutive stays one week, back the next for another week. I’m a Diamond member. I got a room on the 10th floor supposedly but executive floor. The water kept turning of in the shower!!! About 10x whilst showering. They sent a maintenance man to my room. Why? Someone or something kept turning the main source of water off, no water to my room. Literally all week. Management kept ignoring me for three days straight. When I had a chance to inquire AGAIN, a different manager answered and looked into it. At 10:00pm at night he offered to move me. I had to be up at 6:00am and off to training. No thanks, already endured ANOTHER most miserable shower. He sent me a bottle of wine and a hand written note. I had to be up early for training then flying out. The wine did nothing for the most inexcusable shower/ water supply issue. Several staff members told me it was an issue they were aware of for over 8 months now. That this happened especially on the 10th floor. Why would you put me there then? That’s why management did nothing, they know of the issue and it’s been almost a year. Second week I was on 4th floor. Room was fine. They are stale rooms, drab colors and no artwork, hat was the “design” when installed 20 years ago I guess? It’s tolerable but I’d never pay premium rates for those rooms, they are nothing special. The robes and slippers were very nice, perhaps bc the previous week was SO BAD that’s why I got them? Or was I supposed to receive both times but only got it the second week? I couldn’t change hotels or I would have done so. Executive lounge is good, staff are fantastic there. The overall of this hotel though, really sadly run down and out of date. 4th floor hallway is literally a tripping hazard and I don’t know how they haven’t been sued for accidents. Bare cement floor between gaping seams in the carpet along with carpet raised in areas. This hotel should not call itself Hilton until they bring it up to Hilton standards. Go to the Hilton Garden Inn nearby, I’ve been there too. You get exactly what you expect and made to order breakfast. I really don’t find much more benefit from staying at this Hilton other than shock and disappointment at how poorly the place has been maintained and how terrible they treat their most loyal customers. But seriously, they should not sell rooms that can’t supply water, even Motel 8 can handle the running water….

Pretty decent and comfortable. Nice lounge and common space ??Rooms: Rooms are nice and well maintained, but they could do better with refilling the complementary items such as lotion and coffee even when we ask for them.Nearby activities: Nearby VIP cineplex movie theater and mall.Safety: It was very safe, but could do well with a key card to access the elevator.Walkability: Very convenient location to shop, also, 20 mins drive from the city.Food & drinks: There is a nice lounge and restaurant located within the hotel. Also, there are lots of food options in the area.
