Everyone knows what a mainstay this place is for gelato and ice cream.The funny joke I make with my friends is that I've never once seen a single person buy bubble tea from this place even though one of the signs says "bubble tea" on it.For gelato, I truly think there's not a place in markham that has this many flavours. There's some flavours here that I've never seen anywhere else. Moreover, no other place can topple their pistachio gelato.The staff looks identical to when I was back in high school as if none of them have aged LOL. Making gelato must be calm and destressing haha.I tried bacio with my gf for the first time recently and I really liked it! It might be one of my new faves.Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they went way past "normal" inflation measures and 1 scoop is gougingly expensive now. Can't blame them but the 5 star value is not there imo.

Gelato was really pricey, not tasty or fresh. Definitely freezer burnt and wasn't smooth. 1/5

Great customer service.Nice that they have tons of flavours.I was surprised when 1 scoop of gelato was more expensive than what you'd pay at Old Firehouse Confectionery.I ordered the salted caramel gelato. Tasted more like butterscotch ice cream (airy, not as smooth).Portion sizes are huge for 1 scoop, but it just wasn't the texture or flavour that I was looking for. See: Mizzica

DISGUSTING ! The ice cream was stale. The owner who was present was bragging to the customers how he collects cash and avoids paying taxes. The area has much better ice cream and Gelato shops. So do corner stores ..

Worse ice cream rip off ever!!! I bought a triple which price was $7.99 , they served gelato instead just to overcharged. I end up paying $12.39 in a junior cup very small.When I talk to manager to requestmy money back for their mistake the manager refuse to do it .so be aware they mistake your order and make you to payfor it.i will never came back to this place and I don't advice people to buy thereI should give 0 stars for bad customer service

Amazing selection of flavours for ice cream and gelato. Lots of frozen drinks too.I tried lavender lemon which was great for a hot day! Stop here after your main meal and grab a bench.

Recently visited here after dinner on a sunday evening. The soft serve was amazing however the cone was not that great. It didn't have much of a taste to it and it got soggy pretty fast.
