This is a small Hong Konh cafe but the food is great. Very close to HK style and their Hainan Chicken rice is worth the wait.If you don't want to wait, order take out, reheat is not a bad option.

In the six-year canteen, Hainanese chicken is unbeatable, the boss is kind, full marks ?

Hainanese chicken rice is delicious, I hope it can continue to maintain the standard. Pork chop and rice are delicious.

Great cheap and tasty Cantonese food for takeout. Not open for breakfast. Very small interior is very uncomfortable/loud/hectic to eat in. Cash and debit only.Recommend baked porkchop rice ($9 with a drink) or hainan chicken rice. Order ahead on phone

Used to have better food. Their signature Hainan chicken rice was famous and delicious however it has gone downhill lately. Almost impossible to get a seat due to very limited seating. Also the ventilation is not very good. Takeout wait time is quite long too. Price is very reasonable though. Please bring back the taste of the original chicken rice!

Ordered take out from here and perhaps its not a good gauge of its quality but I was disappointed with the results. First, the positives: the cold lemon tea was very good, not too sweet and very lemony. And the chicken in my rice casserole dish was cooked very well and the flavour of the tomato sauce was very good (I don't like it when its too tinny or too ketchup-ee flavoured). Here's where the dishes went wrong: 1) the HK steamed rice rolls and the fish siu mai where hard and tough in texture, it wasn't steamed well and did not have the nice, soft, bouncy chew. 2) the HK egg sandwich was just sad....there was hardly any egg in it. 3) the baked chicken with fried rice and tomato sauce was the best dish of the order especially since the rice was actually fried and had egg and corn but I did not like it was very clumpy, like it wasn't properly mixed before being baked. And there was one very lonely, sad slice of cucumber that was very soggy and just didn't need to be added to the dish. Fresh, diced tomatoes were added to the top as well and I could pass on that as well as it didn't add anything to the dish. The satay beef noodle soup was alright too but nothing to rave about. This place is incredibly busy though but I think its because the portion sizes are decent and the price is very affordable. 2 mains, 2 sides and 2 drinks came to $35. I wouldn't NOT come back here but I also wouldn't go out of my way to come back here either.

Small coz place, v flavor and tasty yellow hainan chicken rice, with hk milk tea authentic hk style. My only disappointment is there is no soup. Place is v packed, and only can accomodate approx 8ppl standing by the entrance door. Good price $11+ ,able to find parking underground at P2, convenient when its feel like -17. Service is fast.

Great food and very tasty Hainanese chicken rice. It can be a bit cold inside with the door always opening and closing but wear a jacket and you'll be fine.

This is pretty much Hongkong Style Cafe, serving simple quick breakfast or snack as French Toast, pineapple bun with butter, along with milk tea or coffee. I tried pineapple bun with thick slice of butter, it tasted so good brought back many good memories. My son ordered clubhouse sandwiches, also love it. We will definitely re-visit again.

The hainanese chicken rice is super tasty here! I the picture is missing a spicy sauce which they were making and brought over to us after the picture was taken. This place gets busy so make sure to show up early as there isn't much seating and a line can form based on time of
