It’s a bit pricey, but well worth it especially for all you can eat. The food quality was good.
Been here twice with friends. I can confidently say the customer service here is unparalleled. For one there is a spacious lounge in case you need to wait for you table. All the employees are customer oriented. We even got a visit from the manager, welcoming us to the restaurant.Our server made a minor mistake, which was corrected swiftly and easily. I would give this place 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that some items that had been ordered didn’t make their way to the table, at all. But again the place is usually booked out, so there’s only so much you can ask for.All in all will come back, and will definitely look forward to their yummy and diverse all you can eat Korean barbecue menu =D
Forgot to list my name on the waitlist so I worried if I was gonna wait 2hrs. But there were only 5 people waiting including me & friends on a Thursday night before Easter Friday. We waited 15-20mins after putting my name on the list on their system. Staff are so nice!! Highly recommend it! ?

Food is good but the oil that drips and becomes a THICK black burnt grease around the fire is literally never cleaned. When your meat catches on fire, you are cooking with burnt meat grease. I woke up the next day with burnt taste even when I did not consume meat that was burnt.

I don't really understand why it's a Japanese BBQ when most of the menu was Korean... the table BBQ, meat variety, side dishes, bibimbam are all Korean style. The food was good and I enjoyed the overall dining experience.

Had a booking, they cancelled at 7:20 and said they’re closed without any explanation or resolution. Removed from wait list for no reason. At the very least explain to potential patrons why. Absolutely ridiculous.

Been this location for many years. KHAN is the best server I ever met. Kind, passionated, knows his stuffs. Made perfect dinner for my family.
Came here on a Thursday at 5:30pm, was able to get a table for 4 people within 5 minutes. Our server was very attentive and changed the grill rack 3 times during our 2 hr seating limit. The food was very good, highly recommend the Soy marinated short rib, bibimbap, and clams.

I am not usually a fan of grill your own food or restaurant, but Gyubee (Steels/Woodbine location) stands out. Great dinner selection menu and unlike most all you can eat places quality of all their meat, sides, veggies, tray (in foil) foods, and even desserts are good, consistent, and they seem to have maintained this standard over the years. I come for the Korean cold noodles. Variety of food here is even better then some authentic Korean grills on Christie downtown (more seafood and veggies options). I took one star off because if you are less then 6 people they don't allow you to make a reservation. Walking in or putting your self on their waitlist is guaranteed at least a 45 minutes wait!?! Unreasonable and limits how often I can eat here.
