Tried this place many times, and each time was a miss and finally gave up coming here. There aren't many Hakka choices in this area compared to Scarborough so you are left with limited options. I would recommend Tangra Villa, it's a take out only place but the food quality is better and most importantly the customer service is 100 percent better. The lady at Hakka Wok is always screaming for some reason.Parking: The design of the place makes it difficult to park sometimes.

Next to impossible to eat there. Space is very limited and the atmosphere isn’t very welcoming. I always do take out but I notice they’re always very quick and pushy. Please just calm down and make customers feel comfortable. We go off your vibe which is always annoyed and moody for some reason. Other then that food is pretty

If I could give zero stars I would. Bring your business somewhere else because aside from the food being mediocre at best, the lack of customer service here is unbelievable. After the manager who was working didn't take my order properly and I arrived home with half my order missing, I called the restaurant to describe the situation so that they are more careful next time (as I had nearly driven 25 minutes each way for this). While I was calmly explaining, the manager not only refused to apologize for the miscommunication but she gaslit me for 20 minutes and wouldn't stop screaming at me over the phone. I'm not exaggerating she was SCREAMING at me. I have never experienced this level of poor service in my life. People like her should not be in the service industry to begin with.
