The service was horrible. Went to get take out. After watching everybody else order with no problem (the person in front of me) when it was my turn I was told to wait one hour for my food. If you have to have your guests wait during peak times (Easter) for 1 hour for takeouts you should not be in business!! Plus the cashier told guests “It’s not my problem you didn’t plan, I don’t care”

Disappointment that I ask for no mayo on my BLT and it comes with mayo, no server comes over to check. I ended up just having bacon and tomato using the toast that was cold and hard to make my own sandwich because the lettuce was dripping in mayo attached to the other toast. When the server came over after we were done she saw they put mayo on the toast. No discount or anything. Horrible experience. Will not be back. Then the machine is pre set to 15% on top of tax. That isnt right or legal either.

A nice bright fish & chip joint, lightly battered fish fillets of halibut, haddock & Cod, super crispy outside with moist flaky fish inside, served piping hot with crunchy coleslaw, large servings at reasonable prices, efficient service with friendly staff.

I went there on Thursday 22 Feb 2024. They supposed to be opened till 8 o'clock but they were close around 7 o clock. I have been calling them to place my order nobody answered. They closed way before their closing time.
It's not the cleanest place in town..ESPECIALLY THE WINDOWS SO FILTHY , I'VE SEEN FRIES STORED IN BACK ROOM VISABLE FROM THE LOT...FILTHY...THE FLIES WERE NESTING ON THE FRIES....WAITRESS JUDGES YOU ON HOW YOU TIP...THE FISH TASTES LIKECARP...

Pretty sad to see the decline of what used to be my favorite fish and chips restaurant. Their Sunday/Monday special kept getting more expensive with shrinking portions. Went today, and the haddock&chips special is now $13 plus tax and tips. So for 2 people, we paid $34. The fish was still really good, but we definitely got less fries than we used to.They only had one waitress and she did not come check in on us once and did not refill our water until I asked. At this price, with this level of service, it is hard to justify visiting again.
