It says they open at 10, waited for 20 mins at 10:00 while the attendant was working. Only to have her tell me they open at 11They did reply quickly to this review and apologized in it, however it doesn't really address the complaint, a sign would have sufficed

Easy Purchase. It's a weekday so no lineup. Employee was very nice and asked if I wanted a drink with my order. I ordered the spicy fish roe Croissant. Only thing I wish was that the croissant would be bigger and not so hard and cold. Felt a bit lacking considering I paid almost almost six bucks for it. This one seems smaller than the usual. And I always order at the downtown location. Felt like the size on this one was slightly smaller.

Hazukido croissant can bring food excitement and satisfaction to me always. Actually, this is my second time (last time was about a year ago I guess) here at the Markville Mall Hazukido, my overall experience this time is much better, at least I feel I'm being more welcomed ?. Honestly if not because of the craving for your different variety of delicious croissants, I wouldn't bother coming back again. This time one of your friendly servers (an mid aged Asian lady) had given me good recommendations and cashed me out with letting me know about the points system. Besides, her warm greeting and friendly smile let me enjoy my visiting even more. By the way, your speciality croissants are very delicious ? ?, I just can't wait to come back for getting more?

Take out a brown sugar milk tea, it has no queue like next door real fruits so I was a bit worried. But the drink was delicious and good value. Tea taste could be a little stronger but it as free tasting mochi croissant! ? love it! Will try

Ordered ice coffee on the app, received a hot coffee, told staff about it, she just poured the hot coffee to a cup with ice, now I have a cup of luke cold coffee, very frustrating experience with this

Mega expensive for croissants. I think 6 were around $30 with tax. Just about fell over. And all different flavours and fillings but wasn’t impressed at all. For that price you want to have a mmmmm moment when you take the first bite. Didn’t happen. Expected better than what I can get at Longo’s in their bakery isle.

Horrible service. It started with the server putting his hand in the cup and ended with cappuccino that tasted like lightly flavoured milk. When I stated there was no espresso, I was told "that is how we make it". They refused to refund it.I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

This place used to be so popular when they first opened. However, their quality doesn’t match with the price and taste. Very disappointed. Ordered chocolate banana croissant is so stale. This price you can get a croissant from Duo and quality 10 times better.

Both the savoury and sweet croissants are delicious, and the Lychee Latte was a pleasant surprise. I always have a hard time deciding what to get, but despite this the staff is always friendly and patient. The only note I'll make is that you'll need to arrive early or order ahead if you want the lunch set, as these are made to order and the oven may not be available later in the day.

At first, I asked the middle age lady that I wanted to use my offer. She didn’t have any idea about that, then she called a young lady who was supposed be a manager. The way they talked and treated just like if you redeem an offer, you are a cheap guy. Then I just asked my cold coffee with a little bit light ice. The manager said the coffee was super hot. I said that I wasn’t asking no ice, just a little bit light. She rolled her eyes at me as I am an idiot and a cheap guy. And she just dropped the coffee with a really bad attitude. So I won’t go to this brand again no matter what kind of good deals or good foods. It is a really awful and terrible experience during my long weekend.

The croissant itself is quite doughy and not that flaky (maybe because it was cold since they are left on the shelves), but the taro filling was good. Nothing special or memorable for the price and size.

Tried the honey crossaint. Not too sweet. Crossaint was soft as well as crunchy !! Its better to get early cos all their items will be sold out by the end of the day.

Excellent croissants!!! Well made. In comparison to one’s I had in Japan I would give it a 9 to 9.5 out of 10. Unfortunately the ones I had in Japan are still a bit better. Maybe it is the Japanese flour.
