The so-called Angus pattie tasted like supermarket frozen food. It's tough and dry. Poutine has lesser cheese than McDonald's. Try to get another sauce, answers "you have to pay!" Don't know which burger joint would wanna charge customers for extra sauce.....

UPDATE 2: Clarified And appreciate the response!UPDATE: I never had an issue with HCB, however recently kind of disappointed me when I pre-ordered for a set delivery time and they ended up cancelling my order, an hour later and was never told why :/.So I had to re-order which caused an hour delay to actual meal time.Won't know if it was a 1 off, or they lost the ticket there for cancelling or W.e.

Their burgers are pitiful. I don't understand how this chain continues to exist. For $7.50 (only because it was the Sunday special for $1 off), I got a 4-oz burger, which I must say was not filling enough. It was dry, dense, flavourless, and didn't even fill the bun. The only things that added flavour were the sesame bun and condiments. I'm not joking, get a McDouble instead for less than half the price and tastes better.

I am big fan of HERO CERTIFIED BURGERS.The food here is amazing . I tried chicken poutine and hero burger here , it was so good . You must try it once .Thank you for yummy food .If you are a foodie you must go hero burger you will love the food . Also the employees here are so sweet and nice .They communicate so professionally and nicely .

Ordered chicken fingers and poutine. The chicken fingers were actually chicken nuggets and super dry and the poutine was a bit dry as well, could have used more gravy. Won't get it again.

Great service here had a minor issue and they resolved it quickly with no hassle.
Went with a bunch of adults and kids, some of are picky eaters and they got our orders exactly the way we had requested. All of us ordered different meals too and all tasted good .The owners were there too and made some time to ensure we were all enjoying the food. Definitely recommend this place and will go

Amazing food, fresh and top quality. Aman placed my order, really awesome and super girl. Was really nice. She took order very well, i have been to many hero branches but out of all this one was the best and my permanent. She gave me poutine exactly like i asked, with extra crunchy fries. Burger was king of the game to be honest. I would recommend everyone to visit this branch and ask for Aman to prepare the meal because she is the one superstar there. ?

Fries got smaller price stayed the same. Milkshake is great no complaints but a bit pricey. Food quality almost matches but I think porition could compliment the "Hero" name a bit more... they have one size drink as well... milkshake is my favorite but it's $7
