I went for date night and had a wonderful time. The drinks were great and the food was awesome. I can't find anything to complain about. Piece of advice, go hungry... some portions were pretty generous.

One of the earlier restaurants opened around Markham that served up fusion Asian, I’m happy to see that they are still doing well. I remember when it first opened over 7 years ago (I’m pretty it’s been longer than that but my memory escaped me right now), I really enjoyed a dish they had that had uni in it.The menu has since changed but the loco moco and the udon bolognese was really tasty, albeit a touch salty for me, but I couldn’t stop eating the udon! It was creamy, the udon was cooked just right and the meat, sourced from Famu, was seasoned and cooked tender.The environment wasn’t bad, but the music volume could have been lowered a notch.I recommend Inspire if you are around Main Street Markham.

Great food and drinks. One of Markham gems.All their beef items are FAMU (that jtown beef) prime grade.We sampled OG burger which was flavorful and fatty. Great fries, egg perfectly made.Udon bolognese so umami with their mushrooms.Fried chicken with satay was to die for. So crunchy and delicious.Tacos were great mouth feel.So much texture going on and such a great resto.

Such an enjoyable and atmospheric dining experience, the staff were all very welcoming and our large 8 person table all got served swiftly and at the same time. Would definitely recommend checking this place out because the custom fried chicken and duck confit tacos were absolutely fantastic and well paired with unique and delightful cocktails ??

Came here with 6 other people. We were all happy with our food. Fries were really good - crisp and well seasoned. Udon and satay chicken were the star. The only down side was food service was very slow. We arrived at 6:30 by 7:45 we were still waiting for our menu. No one came to tell us what the problem was in the kitchen. One of our drink order was also missed. They serve delicious fusion food but if service is this slow, I’m not sure I’d be frequenting this place.

Busy busy! Small restaurant but we made a reservation. Menu is also quite small but they know what works! We got the duck confit tacos, fried chicken satay and the yuzu garlic shrimp! Food was super flavorful and we were surprised at how much fried chicken we got in an order! For drinks we got the Yuzu G&T and the el hablo tequila. Would recommend the el hablo tequila! Decor is nice and the service is good, check this place out if you’re in the area!
