New owners since the reopening (after the lockdown) and unfortunately, it is not the same quality. We ordered our usual basic dishes (chicken balls, fried rice, and Cantonese chow mien), hoping they would be somewhat comparable to the original - but sadly they weren't. I usually would have given 2/3-stars for effort, but they're not even on-par with the other basic Chinese restaurants in the area. The restaurant name may have stayed the same, but the recipes did not.

Ordered Cantonese Chow Mein, Chicken Balls with Sweet & Sour Sauce, and Salt and Pepper Fish. The food was prepared quickly. Quantity was fair for the price. Kids enjoyed the Chicken Balls. Would return to try other dishes.

Used to have Lee's Kitchen food twice a month, we moved out of the area 8 years ago. Did some business in Markham and ordered what we used to. Cost twice as much and was nothing like we used to order. Will never order from Lee's Kitchen again.

A takeout spot to consider if you’re in the area - $10 for their lunch specials and comes with a spring roll and a pop. Got the general tao chicken with rice from their lunch special and tried the chicken gyoza - both delicious!

Worst chinese take out of my life. We ordered D5 dinner for 4.Breaded shrimp with the shells on?? Here’s how to eat this: peel off all the breading along with the shells (where all the flavour was), and eat a shrimp with nothing on it.Egg rolls were filled with tasteless paste. So strange we’ve never seen anything like them before. How do you fail an egg roll??Noodles arrived crispy, dry and clearly pre-cooked and with little burnt tips. Turns out we’re supposed to pour on the bucket of sauce provided. Ok…Black pepper beef was ok, but it’s exactly the same as the stuff we were supposed to pour on the dry noodles!Waste of money, so sorry we did this!

Your run of the mill take out Chinese food place! But still so tasty! When they offer those fritters that are kinda sweet in the circle or football shape iykyk I usually am so happy that I can get it and the rest of the meal just goes so well for me!This place is no exception! And I can’t believe I can get these fritters any time! Also the ho fun was nice! Like this dai pai dong spots in scarbough kinda taste! and having the beef honfun after so long totally hit the spot!Service was quick as we ordered for pick up and immediately ready when I got there on time from when they told me it would be available! And the lady at the counter was super friendly too!Great job overall!Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics, vids and more amazing content!

Service was very slow. Took a very long time for the cashier to attend the desk. Egg fried rice tastes good, but the chicken wings were VERY salty. Not horrible but a little unpleasant. They should keep their deep fried items in styrofoam with a hole in the container so it doesn’t get soggy. There is potential but customer service should be better

Got takeout from Lee's Kitchen recently and found the experience very good. Was looking for an alternative to Chinese restaurant chains and found Lee's Kitchen online.I was not sure why there were so many polarizing reviews, but I found the quantity and quality of my food excellent and as expected. I particularly enjoyed the "Salt & Pepper Squid" which had a pleasant spiciness.I think Lee's Kitchen is not the cheapest offering for Chinese food, but the quality is fine and the price is reasonable.

Something changed and not in a good way. Used to live in Markham and got Lee’s Kitchen all the time. It was so good that I’d even travel to Markham to get it when I lived in Vaughan and Scarborough afterwards.Their general tso chicken used to be the best thing ever but when I recently got it, it was not good at all. So disappointed at the menu change. Would give anything to have some of their original receipe food again.

My weekly go-to, not pricy, and super tasty to me. Their bbq pork buns are my fav. Better call ahead to place your orders especially on weekends.
