Good gelato but horrible service. I walked in looking to order pre-made take home gelato containers and ended up waiting 45min because the one person at cash and who looked like the owner were having long conversations with a large group ahead without any consideration for me or their other customers who were waiting.

Their gelato is amazingly good and the people make it even extra special. There was a miscommunication on my delivery order for my daughter's birthday, but they went above and beyond to fix it and saved the day for a happy 11 yr old girl! I want to thank the person ( sorry I didn't catch your name) that ran to get the order done and delivered. You are a hero! THANK YOU!I already knew how good their gelato is from a corporate event hence ordering for the birthday party, and everyone who tasted it for the first time that night was super impressed. Highly recommended!Their catering cart is also super cute if you are looking for something for your event!

The owners Dan, Vlad, and Paolo really take pride in their craft of customer service, and bend over backwards to male each customer get special. Each time I bring my kids there they leave with a smile and ask to go back, not just because the gelato is good, but the team behind the counter makes them feel like they are the center of their attention for the small amount of time they are there.Flavours rotate all the time, with seasonal flavour popping up for many holidays line Easter and Chinese New Year.Their website makes it easy to order a customized assortment of the flavours I want and they even deliver the next day!Do not miss out on the green tea and black sesame gelato. The dairy free chocolate is a chocolate lover's dream.A true gem on Main Street Markham, and the undisputed authority on gelato in the city.

Although this little place is tucked at the end of the alley on Main St Markham, and a bit of a drive from where I live, the trip was totally worth it. They have numerous gelato flavours - we tried the grape, lemon, and coconut, which were all very good. Our favourite was the grape flavour. We were greeted by a friendly employee who made an effort to list out all of the flavours available even though it was almost closing time. Would definitely come back again to try all the other flavours as it's hard to find a good gelato place in the city.
