When I asked if there is a discount if I pay in cash, she yelled and said I already have a discount and hung up.When I got home, I noticed she got an item wrong. I called back and they apologized cause the lady assumed I wanted yesterday’s special. I ordered two specific dishes and did not mention anything about the special.Food is good, just garbage service.

Saw the 4 stars ratings so thought I'd give this local place a try. Ordered the XO fried rice noodles which comes with lotus root soup and a drink. The rice noodles were alright, portion size was typical (not sure why a number of reviews says portions were generous). The soup, however, was rancid. Called them about it and they acknowledged it by offering a replacement on my next visit. I'm thinking, really, why still serve something that has gone bad to customers?? Disappointed about this first experience. I'm not sure if I'll consider returning.

Six stars if possible! This unassuming little shop off Hwy 7 only serves take out now but makes banger Chinese-Canto-HK food! They have the classic Hong Kong cafe dishes but also the classic Chinese dishes too. When we went, there were tons of orders lined up. One of the best kept secrets in Markham, hands down. Quick, affordable and delicious Chinese food on the East end of Markham!Highly recommend!

Have been ordering take out from M&Y for years. It used to be our favourite place for takeout. Getting very disappointed recently as food quantity has dropped so much. It became unacceptable with the dishes order today, vegetable is very sandy, general Tso chicken is dry and frying batter is too thick.

Ordered 7 dish ($100) and none of them taste good/authentic. One of the worst Singaporean vermecelli ever (no taste with just yellow colouring). The Yeung chow stir fried rice was made with some cold cut ham.

You have to pay cash/debit when you pick up your food. I had to verify that no transaction was made on my credit card and to monitor it. Kinda sketchy.

I'm just confused about which dishes will come with free drink and/or daily soup and which dishes don't. It could have been stated more clearly in their menu.
