If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I mean, if McDonald’s is advertising itself as a 24 hour drive thru, then honour it. Upon ordering midway; I was prevented from furthering ordering as I was told they’re stopping my order intake to prepare for lunch. That’s all fine, unless I was told pressured over and over to stop my orders - if 2 burgers and 2 nuggets of 10 pcs is a lot for this location, I would recommend for this franchise to stop its business. It’s absolutely ridiculous for a 24 hour drive to advertise as such, but run its business an alternative way. Absolutely absurd.

Just went thru drive-thru cofee tastes burn I asked for a cup of hot water to warm up baby's milk and they tried charging me for it ! I had never experienced this un any mcdonalds I was passing by the area of markham and definitely not a good

Worst service of any Mcdonald's I've been to. Service used to be good here but now it seems like they're only hiring incompetent idiots. In the past 6 months, everytime I've been here I have been waiting 15+ minutes for my drive-thru/curbside order even though there's nobody else. A lot of the time they serve everyone else who's ordered after me first, even though my order is always just a burger, fries, and drink. They have never even actually given me my order until I go inside and complain. Most of the time the order has just been sitting on the counter, and the food has gotten cold. The employees here seem like they just got hired off the street to work that day, they have no idea what they're doing.

I visited the restaurant today in the afternoon the girl with purple hair was on the phone texting and was talking to another girl i guess the manager, it was a poor experience as i waited for my food. I hope someone talk yo her about customer service! Bad

I bought a double beef burger. When I got home, there was only one piece of beef. This is the second time this has happened.
My family and I visited today (03.24) and went through the drive-thru. We had a minor issue with our order that was quickly resolved, by an efficient and friendly staff. This is one of our go-to locations, and the service is excellent. Thank you all who work there, and were working today, especially.

This location consistantly gets orders wrong in the drive-thru. 2nd time ordering a plain bacon English muffin (Last week they still put cheese), this time I repeated “no cheese” multiple times and confirmed they heard me! And Tada! They put cheese again. In total this is the 5th order they got wrong in the last 2months.

Too rude for the kids. My son try to change his happy meal toys. But they just ignore until they see a adults. Also my happy meal missing a yogurt. Please get employee and manager training.

While I was waiting for my order, I saw one staff making a coffee frappe with whipped cream and chocolate, some whipped cream got on her finger while putting it on the coffee she put the finger with whipped cream in her mouth to licked it off then without washing her hand and just go grab the bottle of chocolate fudge and squeeze onto the cup of coffee with whipped cream. That is so disgusting and hygiene issue no one want to add her germs in their food. Will never return to this location.
